I've having a hard time with the toad (key in 1-2). The 'EPIC bug' of 1-2 is nearing end due to code modularity. Stop right here! Already discussed. Its a limitation of the game so far.
The only way to correct this is to have one of two 'special fabrics' in each of skirt types that gets morphed during walking/running/swimming.
A thing I dont want to do, but I'm open for everyone who can help.
