Kriff Wrote:Okay, just tried out the new version. Right off the bat I'm getting framerate issues like you wouldn't believe, even on low settings. The only way I could "fix" this is to go through task manager and bump up the processor priority, and even then the game still chugged when lots of enemies where in the area. ***Issue was evident with both Firefox and IE***
Kriff Wrote:The game zoomed in on Peach, I figured "oh yea, gotta move Peach out of the way" to access the talk button and did so. However, the controls immediately locked up and I was unable to move or do anything; even interacting with the toads was denied. The menu key still worked but the suicide command refused to.
Kriff Wrote:P.S. I tried to download the Flash update through the link you provided in the OP and Norton reported there was a trojan in the file and deleted it. Methinks it was a false positive. Either way, I went and got the update without using the link (through the main site, not through here) and didn't get a viral warning.
QuizmasterBos Wrote:And the multi-player idea that is currently being developed seems to be getting closer to making it like a Zone flash. You know, with buttons on the side saying stuff like Stroke 1, Stroke 2, Suck 1, Suck 2, Suck 3 etc. I thought the beauty of this game was that it didn't have these buttons? Anyway, this stuff isn't even important right.

coolness32 Wrote:Ivan, I feel as though you could maybe just select certain enemies that will be in this game. I think you should definitely keep making enemies but there seems to be too many and the number is growing. I want to be clear though that I would like there to be lots of enemies, but well, the number is just huge!
coolness32 Wrote:I have an idea though and I don't know if you or anyone has thought of this yet. How about having specialty enemies? I remember a while back that the idea for the cheep cheeps was that they would basically just strip Peach. How about instead of making 10 scenes for every enemy, some enemies only have certain scenes?
coolness32 Wrote:I am going to use the Pokey scene from Blargh's game as an example. It has only one scene, "all in". It works, and the enemy really doesn't need more scenes. In this case the enemy is dangerous and would make Peach lose her virginity regardless of whore level (or something like that).
coolness32 Wrote:Lesser enemies could never actually devirginize Peach, but they could get bjs, or whatever you can come up with.

Yes, some of them will be special. I dont plan adding 10 scenes for everyone, that was a joke.

In this case, I prefer more scenes, say, 5. Doesnt need to have full 10.

Mine is already blew But I'll recover soon.

Ivan-Aedler Wrote:Blargh Wrote:Also, for JElectro try setting the color-change to occur after around 5 seconds for about 5 changes, instead of constantly.
I dont understand :/ You say, each second, one different change in tone, to make the color changes smoothly?
Label: |normal| |flashing|
Frame: *-----------------------o-*-o-*-
//* is black, - is no change, o is white.
//repeated after "normal" ends when it gets to 5 (24 'frames' are represented for normal, but you could do it with two frames and stop repeating when the counter is at 60 for 120 frames)
//repeated after "flashing" ends when it gets to 6 (8 'frames' are represented for flashing, so repeating 3 times is 24 frames, 6 times is 48 frames)
//This is at 24 FPS speed.

Blargh Wrote:What I mean is, have a section about 5 seconds long (or maybe just 3 seconds) that doesn't have any color change. Then a section that has the same color-changing speed as your preview, and have it last long enough to go through normal color 5 times and opposite color 5 times (or as many times as necessary so that it lasts for 1 or 2 seconds).

Yes, its planned to have those oufits Luftmallow, I think the short dress can use the vest property.
I just need someone to take this job, because I'm really busy with the code. I still want to make the back veil for the wedding dress, but I can add it without the veil still this week.
The game is finally getting in a state I can cope with everything easier. And I'm working with it in a way I can convert to AS3 easier in the future.

Also, MPLDAM, I have been looking at your script and it isn't half-bad, but I don't think it is the time to edit it just yet. Rosalina is still quite a ways off and the whole thing hasn't been fully thought of yet. Since things can change, I prefer to just keep it for the time being. I will however, look to see if your script is truly befitting of the character as there are one or two snags we might be running into. If you wish for me to explain, I can, via PM.
