Not much youtube can really do about it. Can anyone tell me what rule he broke on youtube? Hell we could go back to the whole lying thing and ask "was he lying in his video?"

If you click the report flag it has an option for "Hateful or abusive content" which I'm pretty sure someone bragging about trolling a forum (badly) comes under.
