The Walking Dead.
I *cough* got it totally legally *cough cough*

I just finished episode three and crying during most of the second part. I can't wait for season 2, I might actually buy it! (assuming I have the money).

Anyways, here is my story so far if your interested in reading it.....

Ok, So my game got erased so I had to restart, luckily I was still in episode 1.

However, this made me fix some mistakes, which kinda made it a little unfun, but hey! 4 more episodes of me screwing up.

So I left with Clem during day this time, and at the barn I instead tried to save Hershel’s son, thinking I could save him. Afterwards I remembered I could of undid the break, but it was too late and he was dead. At least Hershel wasn’t pissed at me.

At the store, I gave everyone energy bars, tried to reason with the Larry again, but this time I just yelled at him instead of letting Kenny fight him. I did all the stuff, and let the girl at the motel off herself by giving her the gun and staying with her.

Glenn went back to Atlanta to join the main cast of the comic, while the rest of us made it our base. When giving rations, I cheated and used google, choosing to give them to the guy who got eaten, Larry, and the two kids, while asking Carry if she wanted some.

I tried to stay neutral though the fights with Kenny and Lilly, I gave the axe to Eatindude (who had no character btw, he seemed really rushed in to the plot, I expected him to die), then we went to a farm where I immediately knew something was secret, and when they wouldn’t let me see Mr. Dinner I knew cannibals. Sure enough, I was right! But I was too forward about it and got locked in a cellar, but at least I stopped Clem from eating the man.

Once in there, I let Kenny smash Larry’s head in, felt immersed knowing I needed the $.60, remembering it from earlier, then died for the first time when the guy pointed a gun in my face while hiding in the stable. Then I died again, and again… and again, but I finally took his gun and spared his life, much to Lilly’s dismay. The mom backed into a zombie while holding someone at gunpoint, then we had a cliche’ battle in the rain, and some Drama as I used S (not knowing it would work, I was immersed atm) to back off of him.

We wen’t back to the thing where Carry starts liking me, and I like her. She gets me to confess to everyone that I was going to jail, and I ended up telling Katyaa what Kenny did. Then fucking detective work, then people attack, and I was a badass with the rifle, but the kid got bit.

Here is where everything goes to shit, Lilly gets really pissed at Carry and Bob (was his name bob? I can’t remember), and I tell her to chill the fuck down. THEN THE FUCKING BITCH SHOT MY (would be) GIRLFRIEND!!!!?!!? aagaagaggagahgsadjhgaskjgavbkjirbvnhjreg

I screamed a lot, but I unpaused it and let her stay in the RV cuffed. Bad idea because she ended up taking the RV and ditching us, bitch. The boy is getting worse, and I keep trying to tell Kenny it can’t be ignored. We get to the train, do stuff, meet a cool homeless guy, then drive off. The kid gets worse, Bob is getting depressed, Kenny in denial, and then he kicked my ass. I fought back once, somewhere in the middle of him beating me senseless.

He cries, I say I’ll do it, they go to the forest to say goodbye, and Kat shoots herself. I was already choked up before this btw, around when they made the choice to put him out of his misery. So I get there, and I am crying now. Infact, I’m getting a bit teary just retyping this.

I let Kenny shot his son, and I am sobbing by this point.

Bad day indeed. Bob tells me it was him that stole the supplies, I told him to keep it to himself.

The homeless guy has a guitar, which I like btw, but her tells me to teach Clem about survival. So cut her hair, and teach her how to shoot, share a drink and get Kenny to do the same. Poor man. Talk about the map with Clem, say we’ll find her parents, then find a fucking propane truck hanging off a bridge.

After stuff happens, a fucking hoard of zombies runs after us, and I jump, then he jumps, hurts himself, but I end up saving the girl first because she was falling behind. The guy made it, thank god he was cool. And the episode ended with me all like “Wow”

I’ll do the next two tomorrow, oh lordy. I’ve seen a few spoilers from episode 5….fuck.

I am looking forward to anything paradox makes in the strategy. a lot of there games use the same engine but there still great.

Same here. With any luck, someone in the family will be kind enough to get it as a Christmas gift for me...seeing how I don't really have the budget to afford it right now. Yeah...college is expensive...

Anyhow, I'm also quite interested in Bayonetta 2 on the Wii-U, though we don't know that much about it yet. If the first game's anything to go by, however, it's going to be one hell of an Angel-May-Crying, badass, and VERY sexy game.

And don't get your hopes up for a PS3/XBOX360 release, since the game will be published by Nintendo and add to that the fact that Bayonetta 1 sold horribly. It was Nintendo that persuaded Sega into making a sequel.

Out of all those, the only one that even mildly interests me is DmC. I played the demo, and from what I've seen, the gameplay actually looks pretty cool. Unfortunately, I'll have to read a synopsis online for its story, because the dialogue is insufferably atrocious...

Boss: "Who are you?!"
Dante: "I'm your prom date, you ugly sack of SHIT!"
Me: "Sweet Sparda on an Ashera pole, that SUCKS. I honestly prefer the 'LIIIIIGHT!' scene from #1 over this crap."

Seriously, the dialogue was always campy, but at least Dante had proper humor and wit, instead of just trading "FUCK YOU"s with his enemies. Still, it at least provides some good gameplay...hopefully THAT won't get ruined in development as well...right?

I'm with you Zender. I never really played DmC for the dialogue. Some of the conversations and insults gave me a good laugh but other than that it's been the guns and swordplay that brings me back with each addition
