Looking for Artists/ Help with RPG Maker XP

Postby Melkhiordarkblade » Sun Dec 09, 2012 4:59 pm

Hello, Melkhiordarkblade here, long time lurker.

I recently got RPG Maker XP and I'm working on a H-RPG.
I do need some help though.

First and most importantly, I'm not an artist and I don't know any artists (at least ones that draw hentai) and I'm looking for hentai artists who wouldn't mind drawing a piece of art for this game.
Sadly, as far a money is concerned, I have very little to spare so I'm only asking for one pic per artist (unless you feel very generous) and only if you are ok with working for free, I wouldn't mind paying for some comissions say if I like your style and want your art as a main focus and depending on my new job situation I'll see if we can work out some prices.

There will be two sets of art, one small set for the main story will be Straight-Shota, and a larger second set for collectible in game art will be monster sex. I recommend the second set to artists just willing to provide one or two pics.

My second request is for anyone who knows how to use RPG Maker XP, I can build maps and write simple events but I need a little more help if I want to write some more complex events and coding.

Anyone who is interested, feel free to message me on my Hentai-foundry page:

I check that site alot more often and you can also follow my blog of my game: Journey to Altia.

Welcome to the boards, and it is always cool to see more people come into the forums with new content. As far as game maker xp goes, I am barely able to do much in it, since it is a template program and I always seem to have ideas outside the template that would require me to be more fluid in it's own special language then something like Java. There is one member I know of who is fairly fluid in the language, who goes by the name Zfied, the maker of the Resident Evil Progeny game here on the boards. He is a pretty approachable guy, albeit super busy with his life in rapid transition with a new job and a blossoming band. He is in the UK so his timezone may not line up, and it may take him a while to answer questions, but it is worth a shot;

Unfortunately he cannot receive private messages from you until you hit 10 posts, so I will alert him to your thread. If he doesn't make a timely appearance go ahead and say hi on other parts of the forum, posting in threads in general, and when you hit 10 you can message himself yourself!

As for the art side, it depends on what you need. Are we talking things like pixel-art? Or vector based etc.? These are the kinds of descriptions and information that will be needed to try and match the different artists on the board to your project. Hopefully with no cost to you. Either way good luck and have fun!

He's looking for help with RPG Maker XP, I use a completely different engine. I have made RPGs through GM before.

Sorry I can't be of help though :/ (Unless you want to make it through Game Maker instead?)

Thanks for your help guys.
I'll find some help with RPG Maker on Youtube.

It's really artists that are top of the to-do list.
