Clarifying intent of clarification: there was no ill will or intent of what may have been perceived as snobbishness. I simply answered a question. Whether or not he was of non-English speaking origin or not, this was information that was transferable across language barriers. It was not a grammar lesson.
Also: does a large amount of posts qualify one to be snobbish? If so, might leave this place. Seems like a bad system.

Now, now, let's be civil about this. I was pointing out the jerk redunit10, not coyoterdmoon. His argument is that proper spelling is paramount to game making as without it, it becomes exponentially harder to understand what to do, and plays into the comprehension part. With this I agree. What I do not agree with is other people calling out spelling of other people in a manner that is rather condescending, and members making attacks on other members. I would get rid of that post since it only makes you seem more of a jerk than anything.

I'm sure we can all be friends who in a group effort want to create a great pokemon based hentai game, whether or not we have good grammar. Anyways on a side note I started on the first pose for Misty and just wanted a few opinions on it. Since Humbird will be gone for a little, and I haven't played the game all to much since it had been updated, I can't really remember much about Misty's personality in the game. So if anyone has played it more recently does this match up?

I haven't played the game in a really long time, since it first came to the website in retrospect, but misty came across as super assertive if not ineffective. She looks to be a little shy in the pose you drew her, unless it's the scene where she throws herself to ash in the desert hotel. That being said for the most part the drawing is good, but move the thighs a little closer while still maintaining the gap.

Holy crap guys, calm your pubic hairs. Who cares if they dont spell right? Cut em some slack. They can bug test if they want to or not, its just a matter of playing the game anyways. Its not like Humbird0 is paying them to bug test so if their reports are poorly written then so be it. People just want to help out rather then sit here going "Oh yea looks great" or "Man I wish I could help but I dont know coding or art"

Its something for them to do so you dont have to put them down.

So refrain from thinking lower of people and refrain from insulting each other geez.

As for the game, looking forward to a new update! Really fun! These work of arts are quite amazing! But if there are a lot of art of the same pokemon, you should still do the poll but keep all of them in the game, just put the ones not actually used as like collectables or hidden art work. That way everyone is happy and gets a peice of work in the game.

The proposition was that - although he does not tend to choose exclusive bug testers - if Humbird0 DID choose specific exclusive bug testers, he would be unlikely to choose them from those who have severe difficulty with the language, even on so basic a level as the level of spelling.
The proposition seems reasonably sound, for reasons already clearly explained.

If there are a lot of art of the same pokemon, you should still do the poll but keep all of them in the game, just put the ones not actually used as like collectables or hidden art work. That way everyone is happy and gets a peice of work in the game.

As long as the art which lost in the poll didn't lose because it was terrible.

Of course I understand that but the fact that RedUnit made a comment that pretty much states "Humbird0 wouldn't want you to find bugs for him because your stupid and cant spell" isn't right. Nothing should've been said at all. Okay they cant spell and cant interpret English well so what? Why insult them by saying that Humbird0 wouldn't even want them to bug test? Plus, bug testing doesn't always have to be in words all the time. A good screenshot and a couple words explaining what happened should be fine. A picture is worth a million words I'm not completely on Thae's side either believe me. Saying that you shouldn't insult people and then calling them an asshole wont help the situation much. My point is RedUnit shouldn't have said anything at all relating to the people who wanted to bug-test and Thae should've actually handled this maturely instead of calling people assholes or snobs. Thaaat's sort of an extreme interpretation. Wasn't said in the single-most polite manner possible, but not in the single-most overtly rude one, either. So, you know. Thanks for contributing to the continued escalation of the situation, I guess.

Seriously, the hell is it about this that absolutely everyone involved is making it out to be a bigger deal than it ever really was? Why was it not dropped ages ago? Why are you all hellbent on making a serious situation out of a relatively minor one? In this case, if you just leave it be, it actually will just go away! Doesn't work often, but this is the perfect time to employ that strategy. I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Sorry I brought it up again even though it was quite a while ago, but I'd rather end this with a conclusion rather then "lets just end it and still believe my opinion was right"

And yes it was an extreme interpretation but I come from a place where English is not my first language and I feel bothered that someone would say that. I dont know if English was your first language or not but I'd feel offended if someone said I couldn't do something because I couldn't spell correctly or had poor grammer.



Honestly I apologize for bringing it up again but its better to conclude an argument with a lesson learned. I'll end it right NOW! I promise.
