This world is a dangerous place. For centuries humanity has fought against the monsterous outbreak... and for years we have slowly failed. All that is left of us reside within the last bastion of resistance, Respite, an ancient and massive fortress. When we thought there was nothing more left for us, one fateful discovery gave us hope! Our scouts have discovered something we can use to fight back against the monster scourge, ancient ruins of a long forgotten society known as The Guild. From the ruined halls we have retrieved numerous scrolls of records and knowledge, and handful of mystic artifacts. The most signifigant of these findings are the portal hearts, permanent devices, that once equiped enable the wearer to travel into an entirely new realm. With these hearts, we can create a new breed of warriors; faster, stronger, smarter, mightier than anything before. And the greatest powers of all, according to the scroll, come from these mysterious beings who reside within the spirit world. It is up to these brave new warriors, named Hunters from the ancient guild, to explore the ephermeal realm of spirits and strengthen the power of the resistance.
This is the revised version of Enchanted Lands. For those of you unfamiliar with the original, Enchanted Lands was a dating simulation RP where the players had to unite with a spirit girl withing the alloted time. This new version will still retain the core theme of bonding with spirits girls (and spirit guys for those of you who want to be female Hunters); however, I will be removing a lot of the restrictions and 'technical jumbo' and adding in more areas to explore, more storyline/rpg elements, more unique events, and more combat opportunities.
