I'm now developing the Toad House.
In the meanwhile, I got pulsating stars working!

This is a non flash image of the current Toad house level.

This is the current area I have done so far. I've used the base of mushroom houses in level 1. The chests were made by me (resembling chests of Mario RPG) and they can open and close (animation!)

I have this asset from DigFree. I would like to know if someone can let it better. I need two versions. This green one, and the brown one (to resemble normal toad house wooden walls). Dont need to have tons of windows like the wall below, as it will increase shapes count a lot. You can use all your creativity ;)

I'm just curious, is the goomba holding the key a mere placeholder until a fully animated and interactive Birdo is introduced into the game?

Recleared all caches. Still there in the water (no screenshot, sorry), but higher. And one screen earlier. No hog holes, tried to get there virgin (almost success).

I have the same problem with my personnel - they don't want to read any messages on their native language. It's sad.
I'm not sure my english is good, I'm russian. So I'll be please if you will correct me ;) Thank you for understanding.

At seemingly random times (v1.4q), (maybe I was still pushing a button when I died) Peach would be unable to do anything except move left/right. IE no jumping, lactating, or masturbating.... I know nothing about the mechanics of flash....just cars.....sorry I my description wasn't entirely helpful...

Did you try clearing your flash cache on your browser? :D

I plan letting it as is, as Birdo will appear in later levels of world1 (level 4, 5, 6). In the future, when we have more worlds, Birdo may only appear in later worlds. Birdo will have yet another animated scene.

No problem, man! It's an annoying bug that needs a fix. I'm just busy with other features. I'll take care of that.
As for the goomba... WHERE did you touch him in Watery level? Did he appear in the HOG HOLE, in the start of the level, then you stomped him?
As for the ghost, oh no! He wants to join the party! We have to say: 'hey, get ouf of here, I'm doing business' :D
No, it won't stay like this. And it's easier to fix.

Hehe I would suggest it, but no, its a bug. Those falling guys :/ I haven't fixed it (its not in the update list anyway). I think of a solution.

Version 1.4t:

1) No more activation of stockings/garter/shoes/gloves in character select, in the case Peach is stark naked for example. (You can select the desired stockings/gather/shoes/gloves before starting the game). And no more immediate changing of costumes (this is cheating!). Changing skin is possible anytime (just click in the button 'APPLY CHOSEN SKIN'). So, if Peach is almost naked (only with shoes on and part of the dress bra), going to character select will let you change the color of the shoes and the costume that will appear when touching the given powerups along the level! More information on page 1.
2) Also in character select, no more way to change POISON mushroom to a cloth item, as its role is to let Peach naked.
3) Reorganization of intro screen
4) Three new songs from Mario2 and Mario World. Two of them was remastered with high quality instruments from scratch.
5) A fix to Racer mushroom bug
6) Added a checkpoint flag in level 4 (The Pond).
7) Support for pulsating stars (not shown in the game yet)!
8) Corrections to some assets, like red Mushroom houses, closet and inclusion of shadows in Peach bedroom.
9) NEW: Mario outfit for Peach
10) The heaviest boob size will let her bra shred, and her speed almost crawling. Player will have to let her lactate to regain speed.
11) A bug fix to the talking toad in the end of second level. If Peach refuses, now the correct breast size and speed will be cast!

Hey, I did not fix that yet, sorry. Not a highest priority, but it's in the TODO list and I will take care of it. When its fixed, it will be shown in the changelog.

Things I'm now working on:
1- Gravity bouncing: as you all know, Peach bounces/jigs up and down in certain places. It's a problem with current gravity. I'm lessening its effects with a better code.
2- Game scrolling: I'll be optimizing it, giving between 20 and 40% of added performance.

Oh holy crap
I don't know what happened, but the game is incredibly laggy for some reason D:

Though I did manage to get the new shirt-ripping boobs. Love it; though I had suggested it originally, because you had wanted to have "Ultra" breasts, but it created errors with clothes. That is why I had suggested the idea =P
Either way, love it as is =w=b Just.. the lag! I mean, 2FPS everywhere!

1FPS in Toad group in Castle :shock:

Hey I now understood, Battle!
I have to check if the Ultra boob can come back!

As for FPS, I think you have a video card with GPU, so flash was helping you before. Now I use hardware acceleration settings, but not all PCs may not support that well :/ However I think the real problem isnt that.

Also, I was curious if it may be possible in the future to release a version with "alternate" character models available? Don't get me wrong, Peach is damn sexy, though I much prefer Kneesocks (from Corta'SPlatformer), Krystal and the "Lizard Ladies".

That being said, I have no idea how obscenely difficult something like this would prove to be.

Maybe put it in a poll?

Hah, Ultra or even bigger. Up to you!

Though I don't think it is Hardware Acceleration.
I think it has to do with the Map or Peach's sprite?
Game runs smooth until I can control Peach, then it lags to 2FPS

Delurking just to offer my congratulations : great work, esp. for a fan project.

Also, an idea : you might wanna copy the MIM (hacked) version, and have the sound on/off button on the first loading screen. That way, the player could launch the game discreetly, and not jump on his seat, frightened, when Peach get creamed on the title screen. ^^

I probably expect this might become a low-level priority, but seeing now that Daisy outfits are being added, I might as well add in my AE version of the Striker Daisy outfit. (Note: Flash file is in CS5.5 format)

Probably. It should be named like 'MIM Heroes'.

Difficulty Level to make this version: 1 (easiest) - just add more characters and maybe a different plot/history.
Work needed: medium to long (maybe more than 3 7 days just to add the characters) -> each 'day' uses 1 to 2 hours of my free time.
Alternate version possible? Yes. But it will be updated less often. That's because I'm not two Aedlers :/ I preferred to keep working on MIM, and I delayed new game projects due to that.
Am I doing it right now? Sorry, but no. There many priorities (as more levels).

LATEST UPDATE: 1.4u
1) FIXED a very BAD bug in the panic button area. When you leave it, Peach started changing costumes like crazy.
2) Sound Button in the loading screen (so you can disable music/sound right away, as desired)
3) Deep Fix to the three SMB endings (Current Peach character and costume will be shown). You can't change costumes in that area because you need to struggle to get to Morton using the costume you want to appear there.
4) New graphic: mushroom plateau (you can see it in the level 'The Pond')
5) Mario now blinks and looks left/right in the endings and when walking, in the future
6) Better gravity algorithm (Peach will bounce/jig up and down far less than before)
7) Better and optimized camera scroll (saved a bit of game FPS)
8) Little fix to the button 'apply chosen skin'.

Just a new asset I'm polishing (created from scratch using 100% pen tool - bezier curves) - 23 curves total, 80 with the small leaves.
Soon I'll be delivering the pack with other assets (CS5 FLA format).
