"Um... I have a clip that I could spare you." Lilia finds herself saying. Truthfully, she only has 3 spare clips hiding out in a section of her medical bag, but she figures that the more people spreading more bullets in more directions, the better her chances of survival. So she digs in her bag and pulls out the clip, offering it to the new woman.

''Thanks.'' Charlotte stands up and takes the clip. She loads it into the gun and you see a mad flicker in her eyes and the evil smile comes back on to her face. ''Excellent....''

Alis gives Charlotte a raised eyebrow and walks over to the officer."So what's our plan? I vote for making a dash for transportation or something. But we can't stay here because only more will circle the place."

Dahl gave Deni an encouraging little shake as the other girl's lips finally split into a smile. Warmth kindled in Dahlia's heart, making her giggle a little as well. That was the payoff she'd been looking for -- a nice, bright smile! As she'd read, it was actually more stressful on the face muscles to frown than smile. Happiness was...well, unnatural, she thought! Even the human body was built to smile. She noted the other girl with a brief look from her blue eyes. She seemed freaked out, but otherwise composed...and apparently deadset on arming herself already. That was a little concerning, but Dahlia didn't comment.

And then Deni pierced the subject of her skateboarding. The girl laughed, kicking her board into her hand and flipping it upside down.

The art on the bottom -- scratched a little from wear -- depicted a colorful, sharply rendered montage of people and places: two dragons, one white and one black, spraying flames at one another. A pink-haired girl calling to the moon. A fearsome man with two daggers, fighting a young Angel and a man with tiger features. Two soldiers, one a woman and one a man, stepping into an endless black pit, and a blonde-haired girl wielding a glowing harp among dozens of other little images.

"You like it? I made it myself." she said, then took an inhale.

The skateboard suddenly shone with blue, taking on a teal blue sheen of what seemed to be energy as Dahlia...tossed it up into the air. Where it stayed, suspended by some mysterious force.

"You're right. It's not natural." she smiled, levitating the skyward board back down to her, where it circled around Deni before gliding back to beneath Dahl's feet. The blue glow released, and again the board seemed to obey gravity.

"But thanks, it's nice to get compliments." she nudged.

Lilia raises an eyebrow at the girl's expression and causally releases the safety on her own pistol, already regretting giving out one of her precious clips. She'd rather not be shot in the back by some psycho while trying to survive monsters.

Charlotte sees the safety on her gun go off. ''You can hurt someone with the safety off....'' Charlotte herself puts the safety on her's.

Steve thought for a few moments then brought out his data-pad. He looked it over a few minutes, before speaking to the group.
"Alright, we are not that far from the nearest security station. I say we head there and get a good view of our surroundings and what the situation is. We need to find out if this is occurring all over the station and if there are any other survivors out there. Then we can check the status of the stations systems, we might be able to..."
Before he could say anything else a computerized voice echoed through the station.
"Main reactor shut down, backup reactors activated. Station power levels at fifty percent, total power failure imminent. All docking bays sealed."
"Shit! Shit! Alright first thing we have to do is get out of this room. The security stations have their own backup generators and weapons, as well as air, if the life support systems fail. But, we have to move, those reactors go we all freeze."
Steve then got up and pulled his pistol, checking the energy levels as he raised his shield arm. He stood by the door and gave a few deep breaths before he looked back.
"Ya'll ready for this? Just follow me and we'll get to the security station."

Alis takes point right next to the officer and slides the safety off. "I got you. People with guns in the front and unarmed people in the back. We'll clear a path and run the whole way. And please try not to fall down." She aims her sights on the door, waiting for someone to open it so she can make a dash for it.

''I will guard the rear.'' Charlotte stands up and takes the safety off. ''When you guys are ready.''

Deni raised an eyebrow as Dahlia suddenly laughed and kicked her skateboard up into her hand, flipping it upside down in one smooth motion. She was about to ask what was so funny when her eyes caught sight of the many colorful images on Dahl's skateboard. The drawings were definitely hand-drawn and were pretty good as well..
"Like it? I love it. I hope you don't mind...if I take a picture of it?"
Deni reached for the camera that she kept in a small leather pouch, worn on her belt. She unbuttoned the leather flap and took it out..it promptly broke into two in her hands.
"Uh.."
Her voice came out rather dumbly, matching the dumbfounded expression on her face. Right..she had smashed her side into a wall pretty hard when she had been running for her life..seemed like the camera had taken most of the damage. Poor thing.
"That camera...was really expensive..."
Deni's voice trembled, as if she was once again on the verge of crying. She straightened up and took a deep calming breath, though the side of her lip still visibly twitched with annoyance.
"At least I have an alternative.."
The girl smiled, bending down to get a closer look at Dahlia's skateboard, raising a finger to her right temple and blinking shut her left eye.
"Let's see..silent mode, off..well, that's fine."
Deni muttered briefly to herself, then winked with her right eye. The sound of a camera shutter could be heard and then Deni straightened up, opening both eyes. Her right eye seemed to glow bright blue..
"Another camera in here. Neat, huh?"
Denieve grinned happily, winking again at the surprised expression on Dahlia's face.
Capturing an eternal picture of her new friend, Dahlia. Who of course, had some surprises of her own. Deni watched, astonished as the skateboard in Dahlia's hands took on a blue sheen. She tossed it up into the air and Deni gave a small gasp. The skateboard..stayed where it was.
"So, um..are you like a superhero or something?"
Deni asked rather dumbly. Wow. Superpowers existed now. But still, important things were happening now..she could ask Dahlia all she wanted later. If she survived. Shoving her blazing curiosity down a mental layer of priority..

Denieve glanced up as the police officer addressed the entire group, easily getting their attention as the only figure of authority here. He laid out his plan, suggesting that they head for the nearest security station. Which was definitely a better choice than sticking around here in this room. Which currently had about unknown masses of monsters pounding on it from the outside..
Deni stepped up right behind the officer, her hand reaching for the pistol-like Taser gun that she wore holstered in her belt. Well, technically it was a gun..unfortunately not a lethal one. It would shoot a charge of plasma electricity at her target and would keep it paralyzed for a good few minutes. Well, it was all she had and it would have to do. She pulled out the Taser, closing her fingers around the handle. The touch of the cold metal seemed comforting for once..
A computerized voice resounded throughout the station, announcing that the main power reactors had failed, much to the officer's dismay, made obvious by his curses and hurried speaking. Looks like they were about to get moving..
"Yeah. I'm ready, I think."
Deni nodded nervously as the officer asked if they were ready. Heck, if you could ever be ready for a mad rush through monsters, hoping that you didn't look particularly tasty to them..
Her grip tightened on her Taser pistol. Back out into reality, the nightmare that had taken over their lives..

When Deni's camera broke Charlotte's heart softened. ''Hold on.'' She Rummages in her back and brings out her phone. ''It's not much but you can have it....'' She gives the Phone to Deni.

Lilia takes her gun in hand and takes a deep breath to prepare herself. "OK. I'm ready at any time." she says, steeled for... well not anything, but as much as her previous experiences allowed her to be.

Dahlia's face cringed with sympathy when Deni's camera appealed to crumble into pieces. Yikes...that thing must have cost a bomb, considering how shiny and elaborate it had looked in its few seconds of existence in front of Dahl. Bad luck, perhaps? Whatever it was, it was quickly remedied when Deni suddenly posed with an emphasis on the eye. Hmm? Oh! Dahlia's face lit up with interest, and then a kind smile as she realized Deni had some type of camera built into her eye. Real neat!

She laughed again a bit, shaking her head. She'd never much thought of herself as a hero, but her powers had retrieved many cats in trees and lost keys, ironically.

Of course, that subject couldn't be dived into as the policeman again commandeered the group's attention. The cold robotic voice over the intercom was...disconcerting, but more so the news it brought. Dahl's confidence didn't fade, though. This danger was to be expected, so nothing had really changed as far as she was concerned. Just how much they knew of it. Which was a good thing! Dahlia clenched a fist. Yeah, she was ready to go back out. Wouldn't hurt to whack a few ugly mugs on the way out!

Almost instinctively, she took a firm hold of Deni's hand and moved toward the door, her skateboard in the other hand.

Righto, just open that door...

"Sure, let's go." she nodded, blowing another gum bubble.

Ak'Vit looked at the silver square in her hand and threw the entire thing into her jaws. Chewing for a couple of seconds before she made an embarresed face. "I think I swallowed it." Turning to face Charlotte, Ak'Vit shook her head.

Jessi was sitting in the back quietly a blank expression masking her sadness at all the loss and horror she had witnessed in the recent choas. She had managed to find her way in here with these mixed people. Some seemed friendly, others strange and a few were even alittle scary to her and there she sat waiting for something to happen when suddenly something did. Steve spoke up and the reactors went down and she quickly got up her medical bag slung over her shoulder and energy saw in her hands as they all made towards the door and she spoke up for the first time,"I`ll take the side if thats okkay..." She said alittle quietly gripping her saw for dear life.

Ak'Vit flicked her wrist and with a loud hiss, a sapphire blade grew out of her glove. "I'm ready." She snarls

Kate jumped up at the mention of moving out and switched her glasses to Infra-Red mode. She spoke up, "My glasses have an infra-red mode, so I should be able to see any warm-blooded creatures or people before they can sneak up on us. I'll stay just behind the armed guys and look out for danger."

Steve took in a few deep breaths and raised his shield, which promptly took the shape of a Roman Centurions square shield. He then raised his pistol up and kicked the door button. The big heavy bulkhead doors opened up to the surprise of the human-looking creatures behind, who gave a loud hiss before their heads were blown off by lasers. Steve ran out of the room, his energy shield in front of him, which was transparent enough for him to see where he was going. His weapon constantly firing as a veritable flood of undead rushed toward the group. He ran as fast as his legs could carry him, his only goal in mind was the security station. He only had to run three blocks, to get to the security station. The creatures intent on not allowing him the short journey, but somehow he made it. He fired his pistol enough to keep them off of him, and his shield helped knock a few out of the way. He made a hole in the undead swarm, that the group was able to follow. Upon his arrival to the station he slammed the door button, making the door open rather hurriedly as he fired his weapon over the group allowing them some cover fire before the last one ran in and the door was slammed shut behind them.

(Everyone is now in the lobby of the security station. Now, the real game begins...muahahahaha!)

Ak'Vit charged through the doors. Decapitating the creatures who got in range of her two foot blade. Once she made it in the room, she turned towards the door and sliced any of the creatures that tried to get in. Panting Ak'Vit looked around the room.

Lilia didn't really fire at all. No point when someone makes a hole the size of Texas in the enemy. So she saved her bullets and followed Steve into the security station, only firing 2 shots total, each to give the people behind her a little more wiggle room. Once she's inside, she immediately takes a look around for bullets and medical supplies.
