this game will be a run or rape game
featuring the titular princess whose kingdom has been assaulted by vast forces.

she has to evade capture and work her way through puzzles to safety

also i havent done any hentai pics for this game yet but you can see some of my work here
http://azurezerohentai.blogspot.com/
and more sfw stuff here http://www.nathaniel2k.deviantart.com

My thoughts, in somewhat random order:
0) Since this is a very early demo I’m not going to complain about all the typos
1) The princess’s name is “Ren”? That’s a guy’s name! Please give us the option to choose her name at the start of the game
2) One of the pages of that fairy tale? What fairy tale? This made sense once I found the book of dirty fairy tales, but not when I first found the page, so it’s a good idea to have different text if the page is found before the book
3) In the garden maze the princess always acts like she knows about the hidden switch, even if she doesn’t
4) The princess can walk right through the “block” events
5) A lot of events can be repeated even though they should not be repeatable. For example, in town all the spell lock events are simply erased when you activate them, so they reappear if you leave the map and return, allowing you to activate them an unlimited number of times
6) On the first floor of the tower all the flames can be walked through

I think that’s all.

ren is japanese for lotus, which is a perfectly feminine name

these things take so long to be approved that i allready have a new demo and many of the bugs i allready knew about, and will iron them out as i go

thank you

Mediafire - dead link (haven't played the demo yet)

On your blog your artwork, is really nice :)

Questions
- Why is the kingdom under attack?
- Who is attacking the kingdom?
- Can you attack the people trying to attack you? (like Pacman)
- Can you join forces with the bad guys?
- Do you have any super powers?
- Can I get a pet Dragon and call him Spike?
- Is this game more of a puzzle or RPG?
- Am I the only person getting attack or are their others (Queen, Sister, Servants etc ....?)
- Can I save the game, whenever I like?
- Why did the kingdom not know about the attack until It arrived at their doorstep?

Q1. Evil empire
q2. evil empire (human)
q3. in the sequel.
q4. no
q5. i don't think she would want to, though some of the things she can get corrupted by are unrelated to the invasion.
q6. depending on how you finish the game you might in the sequel.
q7. :D if you want one that much i can put one in the sequel, recruitable pets you can name
q8. puzzle
q9. there are others but there will only be pictures to illustrate it unfortunately until i get better at spriting
q10. yes you can but i will disable it for longer escape scenes like the final level (will be a survive for a time limit or a puzzle boss)
q11. they did, but a few unit's managed to sneak in unnannounced and broke down the lines of defense, again if it is that important i will add a long scene before the gameplay explaining it
but i'm trying to strike a balance between the hentai lovers and such...keep having discussions with my friend as well, he likes a lot of text, i think a lot of text would slow the game down too much especially as many of the events are game overs and with the dificulty of the game they would happen often and be really frustrating to some people

also to the other guy, technically speaking the princess knows about the fairy tale because it's one of her favourite stories, and she knows about the hedge trap too...the books there are clues for the player not her (still i changed it to the princess asking who ripped the page out).

MOD NOTE:
As a warning to potential users: there's an open report for this topic about spyware in the .exe. I have no idea about the validity of this, as I can't test it (I run linux).

If anyone here runs it and can verify its safety, or if the author can release the source code so I can look it over, it should be fine.

Thanks for your time,
Zeus Kabob.

When I first downloaded it Avast! complained that the file is too new or too rare, but that there's no evidence it's harmful. This is not unusual for Avast! - the same has happened with other RPG Maker VX games that have been packed into an exe. Maybe this is the reason for the "report"?

Ah, yeah. I've seen that happen before with antivirus programs; new "potential threats" are all treated as threats until proven otherwise.

It should be safe for those using it, but continue to keep the mods posted with these sorts of things.

Thanks,

From a fellow prospective game designer, I would seriously reconsider your notion of attempting to sell your game. You must remember that people expect a level of quality when they pay money to play a game, and they will be most unhappy if this expectation is not met. It only takes a couple of bad reviews to ruin not only your sales but your reputation.

This is also discarding the fact that there are quite a lot of high quality consumer grade H-games that are completely free, several of which are on this site.

I'm not trying to discourage your creation of this game, just to help you keep your expectations in check. Good luck!

Hey I don't know wht but I can't get past those fire wisps in the demon realm...The blue ones aren't much of a problem but once I get past them the first orange colored one moves way to fast...
The general who advances without coveting fame and retreats without fearing disgrace, whose only thought is to protect his country and do good service for his sovereign, is the jewel of the kingdom.

the full game came out a while back, got fairly mixed reviews and it still has a few bugs. but still, it is a nice game for those who like run or rape and is kinda interactive
you can purchase it from my blog http://azurezerohentai.blogspot.co.uk/

it is up to you to decide what the princess wishes to do,
to slay the emporer or to escape to safety

I also released a different game this week

a strip rock paper scissors tournament,
you can try the demo for that here http://rapidshare.com/files/1671582472/ ... 20demo.zip

it features a cast of 6 different girls who all entered the tournament for their own reasons, the demon lord hosting it is offering them their hearts desire, be it fame, money or a favour...
the losers are subjected to dark delights for the audiences entertainment

the full game can also be purchased from my blog.

I hope you enjoy the games :) and my next game is in the conceptual stage...but it will be a character driven rpg, with combat and an engaging plot
(it also follows the future of one of the girls from erojanken, theyre all good characters i plan on ellaborating on more in later stories)
