Julia doesn't think, she takes out her gun, takes it off safety, and fires at the girl. She doesn't expect the bullet to do any damage or anything, but that's how pissed she is at the girl.
"You don't fuck with people's heads. That shit's the only secure place people have if they're lucky!" she growled at first, but gradually built up to a yell.

Julia's been calmed once again, but she's still annoyed by the girl. "This isn't insanity or something talking! I don't condone messing with people's head like you've done to her." She words lack raw anger backing them, but they're been replaced with a strong sense of conviction. She re-safeties and puts away the gun though. No need to waste more bullets after all.
