Claire tries to swim away from the bullets. She tries to get as far as way from the soldier as she can. She comes back up for air and quickly dives back down and swims further away.

Jason smiled a little as he entered the building. It always made him feel safe. with four walls around him. It was the perfect spot too, and in it Jason felt invincible.

Once inside, Jason nodded his head to greet Sarah. His grin got a little wider, seeing her. Before her, Jason had spent his entire life alone, and he often felt like he had nothing to live for. Jason had nearly hit rock bottom, but then he found Sarah. Putting her life before his, Jason protected her in exchange for shelter. It was a good trade in his mind, and liked to keep it that way. He saw Sarah almost as a little sister, but now that she was 18...

Putting his backpack down, Jason answered Sarah's question. "Boy, did I ever find something..." Taking everything out one by one, Jason started with the ammo. Placing it on the ground, Jason grabbed the C4, but didn't show her yet. "And then, I found THIS." Pulling it out, Jason held it in front of him as if it was... Well, C4. His grin got even wider and stupider, as he was quite proud of himself for finding it.

Mana switched off the in-ear and sighed, before shaking her head. "Intel is off, as usual, and HQ gives unnecesary advise and pretends nothing is wrong. Usual as well." She looked around suspiciously, before she figured that thing actually did curl up somewhere. Good. She went up the remaining couple of stairs, absently fidgeting with her armor. "Shouldn't i get some cloth to wipe off the acid...?" She ponders softly, "Or will it stop being all corrosive after a couple seconds...? Talking about corrosive, why did it have to be my top half, damnit? I'm fine with exposing my bellybutton to the world, but this...?" She scoffed and bit on the plastic handle of her lollypop. "Better not run into any more of those acid punks..."
Breathe easy, the doctors are about to arrive.

"Well. Here goes everything."
Aries swallowed nervously as she followed Gralmich into the Subway.. It was almost anti-climatic when they simply walked into the terminal room without having to defeat a boss first. Surprising, but there were slightly more important matters..such as that heap of gun parts on the floor. Aries followed as Gralmich walked over to the heap of shattered gun parts, giving them a curious look.
"M16A3..And yeah, TSS Issue. I don't care about the troops not supposed to be down here, but..what the hell broke the gun into bits like that?"
Her voice took on a more worried tone as she watched Gralmich kick the parts away into the darkness. Gralmich continued on as he switched his mounted flashlight on and hopped over the turnstiles, asking if she saw anything..and of course she did.
"There's a pretty full-looking blue bag in that corner..Scavenger supplies, maybe? I'm gonna go ge-..Is that a stun grenade? And..blood? Hold on, Gralmich.."
Aries said as she made her way over to the vent grate, picking up the grenade and examining it.

Terrence gives a frown when he feels the trap that was set on the door. A rig like this had to mean that the place was occupied by someone, at that could mean a complication for the upcoming job. Whenever those orders came through, that is. Best to check it out now. He quickly takes his radio and quietly says into it, "Going radio silent for one minute," before he switches it off, to make sure anyone back at base doesn't try to contact him while he undertakes the next couple of steps.

Letting his shotgun hang by it's strap, he draws his combat knife and works at the wire, giving it a snip. Before he opens the door, he is sure to put that away. Then, he goes for the handle, turning it slowly and hopefully silently while the pistol is in his other hand, so he can ease the door open and step inside.

Spotting the "Maintenance" door, Alex walks over to it, and tugs on the knob a little to see if the last person who used the door locked it. No use alerting any nearby hostiles to his presence with the screech of his claws on the door's metal composition, if he doesn't have to. He may not know that much about electrical wiring and shit, but if he's lucky, he might find something that can help him remedy the whole "pitch black darkness" thing down on the lower level...or at least work his way around it...
