@FMC yeah, the wolves is going to be more muscular while the dogs is going to be a bit more softer I guess. If you're thinking about your own character then you will be able to choose a skin that makes you look like a wolf. Works the same when it comes to the different cats.


@Biles I have been debating before whether or not to call them their real name. It would be better because as you said, more accurate but I don't think that everyone knows what it means. Having it the way I have it now is good because no one can mistake one over the other. There is going to be skins that covers the different types. An other thing is that a tiger is only really a big cat so it won't matter much since the tigers won't be like 8 times bigger than a normal cat.

I don't know, might only be I who thinks it is a good idea.

@Red.Sheer Again, I really agree on that. Some characters should be easier to get where you want with but all the character should still need some kind of relation with you. Not about you choosing the six correct answers in dialog and then you get to bang the character. You need to work a bit for it and there is not only one way you can get there but once you're there the game will tell you "Here's your reward". It feels so much better when you really work for something and then earn it instead of just earning it.

I don't know about being able to do everything in one run. Once you get in to a good relation with one of the characters then it would be tricky to make that work and I'm sure it is going to be hard to avoid getting in to a good relation. Some is going to be jealous and other is simply saying no to you when you are in a good relation with someone else but there will still be some you can go to. I don't know for sure though, it is all speculations and there is much that can change.

I'd love to get suggestions of characters from you. I myself is not very good when it comes to making characters. The only interesting character I got is my own fursona but she is too extreme for this. You can even have your completely own character in the game as well. Also, what's the species that makes you all fuzzy?

There is actually a skip button that takes you to the room you start in and I've mentioned it but I should make it more visible.

Haha, it even goes slow for me on that part. I'm going to make it drop quality though so it will hopefully run smoother.

There we go, got some more done on the demo.

First you'll see that I've added the choice of normal or fast text speed, I would add it in a option menu but that later. Next thing is that I've added a skip intro button, it was actually there before but now it is visible instead of invisible and you can find in on the character customization screen. I also tried to make the intro smoother but without no success, going to redo it so it doesn't matter. And the last thing I added is the computer. The first thing you'll see is a address bar. I'm going to add desktop and things to the full one but for now I just added the most important thing.

There is no sites yet, I might add some later but if you want to create a site, please let me know. it would be really awesome if there is a couple of people that want to create their own site. I can add real sites as well so if you have any real sites feel free to leave it.

I won't add any search for two reasons, it would be hard to make and I want you to find out about the sites by playing the game. There will be different ways of getting the addresses so no need to guess. It will be like cheat codes, except no cheating.

Thanks, I'm glad you're taking a look now when I have actually started the project.

I have not added any in game sites yet but I have added real sites that you can type in, mostly as a test to see if it actually works. The real sites won't pop up in the flash though, you'll either see them in new tabs or it will redirect you to the site. I'm probably going to make a in game site or two later but it would be really awesome if other people is interested in creating their own in game sites for this game as well. Not really that I'm too lazy to create them myself, I just think it would be really interesting to see what people can do. It would also make the browser a lot better if there is a good variety of in game sites.

I hope it made things a bit clearer.

Yes, I am talking about websites. It works like this, you type in the name of the website you want to go to in the in-game address bar. You can see the address bar if you click on the chair in the room you start in. If you did not know that then I really understand that you are confused. When you then hit the search button it will take you to the website that you typed in. It will either be a website that I have created in Flash and that I have then added in the game or a real website that you can find on the internet. The created Flash websites is just going to be added on a different keyframe than the keyframe that contains the address bar.

Blech... Work had me busy, but now I have the whole weekend off this week.

Uh, before I get to sketching up character designs and pov concepts, a question:

Shouldn't the characters have a visible muzzle? Even if it's only visible for the sex scenes, it would help visualize oral sex from your characters point of view. (You know, just the basics, cunilingus, anilingus, fellatio, irrumatio, and even facials/bukakke could be visualized in this way.

I'll check back here later for an answer, for now i'm off to sketch up some characters.

If you use AS3 (i do not know how to make it in AS2 for now) - it is possible to load another flash files and even some other for example pictures.

When i say an idea about flash world with krystal i mean this.

Now like an example want to test some thing - so if it will not work - it is a fast testprototype of what i want to say:
Type link for any flash in internet like http:// +full adress of it (size can be wrong - it is just a fast test version)

All my site on this - but it wll not work from storage site becouse it chek a lot of files on the same domain to start work. Like some protection to not work if it is downloaded or some thing like that. But it can be easely remade. The same for any other flash. Simple flash/pictures will work always - protected flash is possble to remake a little for it work.

Try to test it on AS2 version - but i am not sure that it is possible to make it on it.

There is object named loader on AS2. In components. But it work strange. I do not think that it will work.

(And now a little offtopic: is it some how possible to make component in flash that will have a button and text in it and when you change text in it it will not change in all the same copys of that component ? I have a good idea for AS3 users - and all the same who do not know it - for example make components that only have a visual text on it - for example wright there 5 and on press it will go to frame 5 - but there is a problem now when i put 5 in one of components like i made - it become 5 in all other )

The new text and skip intro functions are very handy. It'd be great if the intro could become a bit smoother but so far it seems to be only me with that problem. *gg*

Btw: I really laughed at the friend dialogue. The facial expressions are too cute and "Would you like to go blahblahing with me" is hilarious XD

@OwnerOfSuccuby I didn't know what components was so I looked it up and it makes me all confused. What exactly is a component, it seems like almost anything can be a component. What I can see is that if you use components then you don't need to write any actions and that makes me even more confused. I'm sorry but I can't help you with that one.

@Red.Sheer indeed and it is still slow for me but I'm going to redo it in a way that makes it smoother. Thanks, I really enjoyed making that dialog, especially since I don't have to be serious, I can just do what I like as long as it shows of the mechanics.

If you choose a different skin for the Dog / Cat, whatever, and it changes into a Wolf, Tiger, etc, I do hope that changes conversations and not just the look of the character. Because I doubt someone'd act the same to a chihuahua as they do to a Timber Wolf.

That being said, I already gave you some suggestions as to what I'd like to see as for characters. More would be a timber wolf, white tiger, perhaps some types of bears (just to be different), and a lynx.

As for websites... well, I don't really have and 'adult' websites, and the few others I have are things that'd appeal only to a certain crowd, mainly RP'ers.

@FMC I see what you mean. I'm thinking of adding type/build, so you can choose Cat then either Cat or Big Cat. Same goes for the other races as well. I'm also thinking about all the species that there is going to be and there is definitely going to be more than 4, we'll see what the list looks like once that is set. It doesn't matter, adult or not, it could be anything but I'm actually moving away from the idea of real websites being used.


If anyone is wondering what I'll add next then I can tell you that there isn't anything. Next time you'll see something is when the real thing is started on.

Well that makes sense, better to have something to show aside from simple tech demos. (I might be wrong, my mobile doesn't let me view flash.) On another note, your species and build organization is actually very similar to the one they use for furoticon.

On an artistic note, I realize that I forgot to ask... What sort of genitals are you thinking of using for the graphics? Personally, It doesn't matter to me much, but right now my practice sketch sheets alternate between human, dog and cat genitals between sketches. I would assume human genitals would be much more acceptable in this sort of project, but... It's been a WHILE since I've last worked on a project like this.

Your choice, lay it on me. So to say. XP

@Icelink256 I'm glad you're asking. I thought about that as well and I think it would be best to give each species their right genitals. If you choose to be a cat then you should get the whole thing. I know some would like it better with human genitals as you said but I think it's important to stay true to the species.

I'm not sure when it comes to multiple breasts but I think we'll go with only one set. The difference with genitals and breasts is that there is quite many who prefer only one set while there is people who doesn't care or prefer animal genitals so I have my reasons hehe.

I haven't actually played Furoticon but it is pretty awesome that it actually is a real game. Also, if you have Android then you can get a flash and if you have Iphone you can get either CloudBrowse, Puffin or Photon. Just a tip.

Cool, will do KaTsu. Thanks for the artistic guidance, i'll see what I can do about getting some sketches posted up (at least) by the end of the day. I think i've got the perspective down (In most cases, some are kind of scary.) including a dynamic over-the-shoulder doggystyle position from the female's eyes, this project is damn awesome.

From sketching I think the muzzle graphic would be better suited to an alpha channel effect, though this would potentially slow the game down from the transparency. Though this idea is merely cosmetic, and could easily be replaced by a (blurred?) graphic.

Another interesting effect, is that the muzzle could be lengthed up more (by perspective) with a single large graphic that goes partially off screen, creating a false perspective, looks good on paper, but i'm not really sure what it would look like in the game.

Uhh... my sketches explain it better, including how to dynamically layer the character's bodies when looking down, and which pieces can be stretched/replaced/animated for the sex scenes. Though i'll leave the technical work up to you, i'm just a perverted artist.

The over-the-shoulder view when you're getting penetrated is something I have been thinking about actually and I have no idea how to make it good so I'm interested to see how you're going to make it. There can also be a view for Doggystyle where you look "down" on your chest and you can see his legs slapping in to yours.

I'm not sure if a transparent muzzle would make things slower really so a combination of blur and transparency could work. We'll see. It is also a good idea with the muzzle and the perspective. I'm thinking having so that you can slightly change the way you look at by moving the mouse.

For now, i've been working with a single set of characters for my sketching. A male dog and a female cat, just to test out and map the perspective. Oddly enough though, the cat sort of looks like the beta version of Krystal from Dinosaur Planet. The male dog though, is sort of... generic. Multi-purpose use and all that.

I'll sketch out a few more characters while i'm drawing, but won't put them into sexual situations until I'm far enough into drawing heterosexual scenes, to go for the more "adventurous" ones.

The mammary intercourse sketches are awesome, i'll make sure to get those posted as soon as possible.
While the oral sex scenes are making full use of the muzzle graphic, and most of my sketches keep it detached as an overlay. Though a few of them will demonstrate what i've been talking about all this time.

Now, two questions, any good ideas for the positions?

And, this is an embarassing question, but, how do you post images to this forum?
