Yep, it's right in the first line. I had just figured had Phantoon's hands act like the Smash Bros hands (it's out there). But it is really borderline twisted. Dollrape sorta stuff.

Ah my bad for missing that bit.....why would you use anything from other M? (granted the phantoon fight wasn't bad, if not a bit out of nowhere and fan service.)

anything that's already an mp3, yeah!
the voices are .wavs and that's the best I have,
you can convert them without any trouble, but it'll lose you come sound quality (probably)

Well I just liked some of the revamps some of the characters got. Especially Phantoon becoming somewhat of a demigod wanderer. I just wanted to explore some different boss avenues. Like Samus can face all the generic Metroids and other enemies pretty easily. The Giant Metroid, Ridley (and his upgrades), and Mother Brain (and the flying minions), but then the Metroid has an Oedipus Complex while Ridley and Mother have Inferiority Complex's (I've read about every manga and comic Samus has featured in to know all the backstory.) But Phantoon is impartial. He's got no real reason to go after Samus. (No one cares about Kraid or Draygoon). Even the SAX, Dark Samus, and the Omega, Queen Metroids have a rivalry complex.

I know, I had her (Ves) as source for the alternate helmet or any other designs.

If i remember correctly, in the other M phantoon was part of a cloneing progect (like ridley, the metroids, and mother brain [or MB])

Also, Phantoon is one of the space pirate leaders. Such as Mother Brain, Ridley, and Kirad (if thats spelled right).

He was kept near the space station. And since Phantoon feeds off of energy and electricity, he noticed something was happening at his main food sourse (the bottle ship). So he went to investigate. Then he found samus...

while making the Ridley stuff, I toyed with the idea of making stomach bulges and neck stuff...

short story: yes, it's possible. but it won't look right for most of the armors (unless ALOT of time gets thrown into having it change for each set)
..and that's before we get into what's 'tasteful' and what's 'insanity'..

so, probably not.

scripting: boring, boring, boring.
here's something that you can play with: it's a new armor template

I've finally fixed the boots problem,
shadow armor added,
re-coloured a 'dark' Varia armor,
steel's beedrill suit added too,
made the ground-work for a full weapon-system (only cannon/pistol, currently)
and some other minor stuff: repositioning, colour changes, mess tweaking..

..I still feel like a slacker after expanding on every little detail.. :\

erm, anyway.. a little thing I've been wondering- just how interested are people in having helmets take on a more serious role. (them being flung off at the first chance, and having no mess layers, etc.)
is there anyone who wants to see more of 'em?

But it is some warnings:

Please when you use animation - try to name All components. If component have not get name - it is hard to use it.

It is like sample - the same way i make it in my version (but there ar more heavy algoritms by size :mrgreen: )

It have some difficults in the beginning - but it works more faster - and when you will add new element - you only have to change i - no coding. Only add new frames. ;)

When i made my algoritms - i hope one day it becomes some thing like - it makes all by itself only add animation to it :lol:

ok, let's see if I understood any of that...
I did avoid naming things up until now, I'd only ever use "this." "_parent" and things like that, but seeing as it's no trouble for me - yes, I can name them all for you.
and your first sample, that's for coloured mess, right?
I'll try masking everything I've got with that and we'll see if It looks nice this time :)

No. It is for changing armor :D I will show you my idea today - if i wil not repair TV for friend :mrgreen:

I am making now a simple sample - it is not good looking - but it is easy to understand and use :mrgreen:

I think about it - i think the colored mess can be made the same way :mrgreen: I even did not think about it :mrgreen:
(My sample was a little ... showing some thing that i do not want to show :lol: )

Now it is better but a little harder. (I use stupid components names (i could not invent better :roll: ) - if it will be one animation type - it can be another names - but the same for all project).

Look = the objects have no text in it. No code. All code is like function - when you need change armor you use that function.
But all have to have names. I think all objects have to be used on ech frame - may be in invisible mod (i do not test it yet :mrgreen: ) But all are used - if we take as example LoK game - so i think there will not be problems.

On first enter - it will work with out function - that is like it works with out code in components. When click Enter - it activate function of Armor change.
