Need some help about how to post on forum =))

I am sorry but a little guestion about how to make that on forum.

For example i have topic like:
1)Blalalala

2)Blablablabla

3)Blablabla

I need to make attachment of SWF or flash.FLW sourth (or zip) - but i want it will show in betwin of 1) and 2) like

1)Bla bla bla
MyAttachment.swf / Myattachment.flv ...
2)Bla bla bla
3)Bla bla bla

How to post flash like image in the middle of the post (not only in the end of it) ?

You should be given a string of text when you upload a file. You just move it higher. I don't have a SWF or the time to make one as i have to go in 4 minutes and counting.

It dosnot work with swf =((( Flash attchments open in the end and do not post like flash only like link to it =((( Or i do not know how to make it work

And fla do not post only zip files
