I put a limiter, she can't stretch a person's basic moral principles too far. If they would even slightly want to do something, she can make them do it, but for example, Spike will never purposefully help his father.

Heh, she can be more specific with it, but the more specific, the more energy used, the more difficult it is for her to make them do it. All gonna be complex, but she's gonna drain her energy at some point and become a temporary glass cannon, I imagine.

True, but you don't know what the character is like yet. Unless the character begins to frustrate me to no end, I'll wait for character development. Plus if she's the completely evil good guy, she'll end up making me laugh my ass off. And would be a fan favorite of this were a written story.
