Japan's censorship laws

Censorship laws are one thing; pure outlaw of pornography is another. I'm talking about the latter.

i think japan is a constitutional monarchy. so the emperor has as much power as the queen has over england... (maybe the commonwealth nations)

i think outlawing pornography would be really bad. because from studies i've reasearched beating off and sex are good for lowering stress and promote happniess. Now i guess you could just use your imagination to get off but that's kinda hard sometimes and people wouldn't be able to live their fantasies through pornos and such which would probably lead to people taking their sexual frustration out on other people.

[The way I see it (going back to the original point) is that this guy was in the wrong, he should know that he has to censor his art to publish it in Japan, its the law and frankly we all have bigger problems in the world to sort out than wether porn should be censored in Japan or not and what right does America have to say what laws a country should enforce and should not? If you are that passionate about it, go and do something about it.

Anyways, dont the Japaneese have some of the best idea's for le pronz? I think having it censored is a small price to pay for that
