Terry would notice all the usual signs of the guy thinking of throwing a punch.. But, Teacher Lydia had been informed of Terry's status and to help him improve his 'situation'..

''Well, in that case.. You little bi-''

''Excuse me, gentleman.. But can't you find another seat? I wouldn't like to send you to the Principal's Office for a small.. Talk.'' Teacher Lydia said in a charming tone, smiling innocently as the guy was almost paralyzed; offering a forced smile to Terry before walking away; finding a seat somewhere else near his buddies.

''So, Terry.. I hear you're looking to improve a bit?'' She said while crossing her arms below her breasts, leaning on one leg as she was trying to figure out why the Principal would give him a chance.

Jenny shook her head.. Frowning and eyeing Claire as if insulted..

''Believe me, uh.. .. .. Um, Claire.. You don't want to get in trouble, so why not go write that a hundred times? You've got a easy punishment, better not make it worse.'' Jenny whispered into Claire's left ear before leaning back in her chair, arms crossed and glaring at Claire; wondering if she would be so blind to get into worse trouble, as it could lead to the Principal's Office.. On a second thought, Jenny now feels a bit scared herself thinking about.. The Principal, from what she has heard..

Internally, Terry gives a sigh of relief. It'd suck to be right back in the principal's office moments after he left and he gets the feeling she wouldn't be all too happy about it. Outside, he just barely restrains a scoff at the thug walking away. The teacher may've diffused the situation, but there's no need to add more fuel to the fire he's sure will burn outside the classroom. People like them, Terry included, don't let offenses like that slide.

"Yes, ma'am. That's why he wasn't eating my fist as soon as he called me an idiot. But thanks for breaking that off. There was nowhere to go but a fight at that point. A fight's a step in the wrong direction at this point." he says to the teacher.

'WHY THE HELL ARE ALL THE FEMALE FACULTY IN THIS PLACE BOMBSHELLS!?!' he thinks to himself, seeing just why she had the males on a leash even before she entered the classroom.

Drake finished the shading on his drawing having focused on that majority of the time. he then layed his sketchbook on his desk and looked back towards terry to see what was going on. his hands were darkened by the pencil lead shading

Claire sighs. She shakes her head no. "Like I said, you're my only friend, so I'm sticking with you." she says.

"you never know when you will get another assignment though and youre laying on your picture" he says pointing to her arm "youre smudging the lead and its on you"

"fuck!" he looks down at his arm and then glowers at him, thinking emily makes sure the teacher isnt looking and plants a kiss on drakes cheek

Teacher Lydia leaned forward and cutely patted Terry's nose with her right index finger, shaking her head and chuckling softly..

''You kids, just can't follow the rules.. Well, I'm Lydia Timaree and I'll be your Arts teacher. Nice to meet ya!'' Teacher Lydia said before leaning back and walking towards the front of the class, looking at some neat drawings and sketches along the way.

''Alright class! Now after you're done with the drawing or sketch, copy what I'll put on the blackboard, would you guys be so kind?'' She smiled and took out a black marker and began to fill the blackboard with information about famous painters...

''Hey, you're dead after school.'' One of the guys near Terry said lowly enough so that nobody else but him heard, thus moving away afterwards. Looked like trouble, but maybe he wasn't going to have any troubles if he was smart enough?

Was busily signing things then and there, doing lots of paperwork and typing on her expensive-looking laptop.. However, the sudden opening of her door made her raise an eyebrow and wonder who would step inside..

''Who is it?'' She asked with authority, eyeing the pair of legs that were now able to be seen..

"That's what I'm tryinna do, ma'am." Terry says, shaking his head with an shallow smile on his face. Who knew following rules could be this hard? Then he sees the information Miss Lydia is putting on the board and speaks up. "Miss Lydia, I didn't bring nothing 'cause I thought today was supposed to be a meeting with the Principal then learnin' the school. Could I get a grade forgiveness on whatever this sh... material shows up on?"

Then he hears one of the guys make their pathetic threat. While he's not worried about these guys in a fight, he IS worried about what fighting on school property would do to the Principal's opinion of him. That is the only thing keeping him in this school after all. So he resolves to hang with a teacher then have a security officer escort him off campus after school. Yeah it looks like the punk thing to do, but if it keeps his mom outta trouble he'll look like a punk.

Emily groans inwardly and copies down the stuff in his notepad, he taps his heel impatiently on the ground glancing at drake,

Garian looked at Claire, "You will write it a hundred times and go to the principals office now." He said, getting back behind his desk, writing a slip and handing it to Claire, "Hand this to her and get out." He told her. "Clear?"

Garian glared at her, "Let's just say the last person that refused learned to never refuse again, got me?" he told her, putting a hand on her shoulder and gripping hard.
