But (there*s always a but, isn't there?) ist it just me, or do you still get trapped in some sort of infinite loop when you do the taunt and grab a pirate from behind?

.. the timing is only the tiniest bit off, I'd fix that if I was using a higher framerate. -- which I MUST do next time I make something..

It's the style, not anything having to do much with frame rate. It looks as though Samus is just stomping on the ground.

Alright, I've tried real hard to find a nice place to showcase all of my olde flash pack..

seeing as I'm in need of several thumbs up before I get the OK for it all -- it's back to business as usual.

I like those new outfits and I'm not saying that because I made those platform heels.

but, they are beautiful heels.
I'm working on un-stupid-ing most of the older costumes, that includes adding new parts, fixing colours and in most cases, adding your shoes.
..now what the hell do I write as your artist credit.. shoe-smith, cobbler, legside architect?

Ah, I finally found out how to return the favor to the pirates.
Is the keyboard layout in the bottom right just to inform the players what key to press to finish the animation or will it be a feature, e.g. the player has to beat future bosses with the correct key presses during a player grapple?

Still trying to find a home for the flash pack, INTERNET POLITICS are getting in the way, though.

to inform: definitely.
QTEs ... I dunno.. not for bosses, anyway.
for events, it could be either Key presses or Choices -- but probably the latter.

(I've been meaning to have an "attached helm" layer to the head for hats, hoods and other mouth-free headgear. it could do.)

next new enemy will likely be Dig's nydus worm. (it's a few pages back)
but I've got to finish this map area before I get into the desert.

The head from Shapes' Mario is Missing 2 is close, but the head doesn't line up well at all..
if somebody wants to put the effort into fixing that, I'll add it in.
