Or Dungeon Fighter Online. Which is also a decent game, but it could use some free character look customization.

DFO = Dungeon Fighter Online. Yeah Free character customization is a essential thing in every type of game nowadays.
And no, Rag2 cames just to open beta users. Right now, they're remaking all the game. That "forever weapon system" failed miserably. Now its called something like Ragnarok Online 2(2.5) Legend of the Second.

Has everyone seen the Deus Ex 3: Human Revolution trailers? It looks like it could be awesome, though I'm a bit skeptical as to whether it'll fit the couch-wielding, pot-plant hiding behind quota that the first one filled, still, I can hope!

I played Dues Ex: the conspiracy for Ps2 and I loved it. There was just so many things I could do to achieve my goals. I'm hoping they'll continue that in the 3rd one.

Deus Ex 3 and Diablo 3 are my most anticipated games right now because they both have VERY big shoes to fill. I want freaking challenge damn it >x( I have to think out a way to not dig my own grave while multitasking on 3 other things. That's exactly what I got from both ( the first Deus Ex (PC) Diablo 2 LoD (PC) ) those games. They could easily dumb the games down for (lead) paint eating derpa derps (Like what they did to the second Deus Ex), which is the kind of thing id see in my nightmares. I herd from a source that that's what they did to Starcraft 2 -- just put a prettified engine in and make it simpler, which why I avoided buying it. Id sure as hell put money down on that revisionary version of HL 1 properly named Black Mesa though.

Finished Reach yesterday, man that was awesome

Vanquish demo at least was terrible The characters weren't as funny as they seemed to think, and my main issue was that it was a 3rd person over the shoulder game where the bullets you fire come out of the camera instead of your gun. Sure, your gun makes flashes and stuff, but that's just an animation. This doesn't sound like much, but since the camera is over your right shoulder, you can stand your guy in front of a corner, not using the cover system and freely shoot round it without being exposed. FAIL!

Just makes me want to go slap the developers

Has everyone seeing the Bioshock: Infinite trailer? Looks pretty cool, though I don't care for the name. It's a bit of weird thing though with them taking the mechanic and placing it in a different setting that makes no sense at all within the storyline (unless you just assume this new place is horribly destroyed and everyone forgets about it).

I really liked Rapture, and though I never played Bioshock 2 except for a little go at a friend's house, I was still kind of hoping we'd see a prequel with Rapture at its height, as that's a period I'd love to explore after seeing it in ruins.

i think bioshock infinite is suppossed to be a predecessor to bio shock 1. but im not quite sure yet.

I'm not so sure about that they've moved rapture since BS 1 to 2 and now the city is in the sky? xD story wise i just don't know

It seems more alternate to me, as the world in Bioshock 1 & 2 seems to assume everywhere else is normal, and only the hidden city of Rapture is as advanced (and messed up) because of its incredible freedom.

People would probably be less surprised by Rapture if there had been a mad flying sky city that went around spreading American propaganda that ended up going the same way as they developed plasmids etc. I dunno, maybe they'll try and tie it in somehow but it seems more likely its just the same basic idea but in a different setting.

possibly. but when i saw the big daddy that looked a little clunky and then remembered that the guy who made rapture was trying to idealise his father it sorta made sense to me. but still i dont know
