Just a heads up guys, I'm coming out with a bigtime RP. It's going to be in the style of a dating sim game. Basically I'm recycling the old storyline with the guardian hunter anime (for those of you who actually payed attention to it) instead of focusing on the journey as a whole, the entire story will just be one right of passage. The goal for all the male characters is to improve their skills and obtain one of the spirit companions from the enchanted lands. There will be a time limit for which they will have to successfully bond with one, or else they fail and just get sent home in shame. Players can also choose to play the female spirit companions, however there will be more restriction for them and I will expect a higher calaber of RPing. Right now, I've got the stats: Power, intelligence, spirit, and agility. What I'll be working on next are jobs for characters to make money, things for them to spend that money on, and different areas of the enchanted lands.

So yeah, let me know if you guys are interest. There will be ten slots for male and female characters.

Like Thae pointed out last time I was bad with the whole total outcast personality. Going to be a little bit differently with a new character.

Name: Yoshio Yukiko

Description:

Yoshio is a eighteen year old male with soft green eyes and hair that's a dark red. He's out going although he will shy away from crowds of more then a few people.

Yoshio's past started in a distant country with very poor medical practices. His mother died of illness, his father, a kind man soon fell afterwards to the same. Leaving Yoshio all alone at the age of 7, nothing seemed to change for Yoshio though, he went to school as if nothing had happened and on looking adults had thought something wrong with the child and often avoided direct contact with Yoshio.

Yoshio noticed it all and never shed a tear. He might have been young but his intellect was far beyond his years. At the age of 10 he had done everything the small village in which he lived could offer. He settled down for a long time, the boring life of the tiny town got to him, however before he could leave his village had been attacked by a monster of enormous proportions he had witnessed the deaths of his parents and now several villagers, he had helped organize the defense although before help could arrive from the guild. The members that came had asked who coordinated the defense in such a troublesome time and were truly surprised as was Yoshio to see the villagers not de the information. After using some small resources however they noted a small boy was being honored in secret and they found their answer. They had asked the boy his name and found out about his story, one to them was all to common, filled with strife and a monsters both figurative and all to real. They asked him to join the guild upon completion. Yoshio knew why the men were there and if he could escape the boring life style of the village and perhaps bring some good to the world in the process he was more then happy to.

Over the next eight years he did exactly that, he studied and actually came upon a cure for the very disease that had taken his parents. His name never became history though for it's the guild that got credit for his work. He didn't mind that, they took him in, gave him his work and allowed him to do what he wished with minimal interruptions. On his eighteenth birthday they gave him an offer that he couldn't refuse. A chance at a special mission to go to the spirit world to help the cause of the guild, and to the betterment of both worlds against the threat of monsters, to bond with a spirit and bring her back to the human world.

Name: Renre (Ren-er)

Physical Description: Skinny, about 5' 8" when stretched, 4' 10" otherwise. She slouches a lot, and has cat like claws for protection, and a cat like body. Fur color is mostly brown, with some tan stripes similar in the pattern of a tabby cat. Also has a red tint visible at the tips when looking at it horizontal (red outline). 6 Nipples, but the bottom four are covered by fur, and the top two are on top of B-Sized breasts. Her ass is not that large.

Awww, damn, it already got locked. I suddenly felt like just going homicidal and stabbing a bunch of people before being struck by lightening.

Oh well, I'll just wish you all well one last time and remember that not all spirits like the direct approach. Sometimes a friendly greeting and moving on works just as well as trying to charm them. If your always TOO charming, you my actually come off as creepy to some. I realize your going to have to go after one of them but don't just be "magically enchanted" by every spirit you see. Hiro actually had a few different realistic opinions about each spirit, thinking some childish or rude and others docile. (I realize I'm making myself an example but you get the point) the reason why i'm saying this is last time it was like you guys where pathetically lost and devoted to these girls. Commitment's good... but it gets weird if your "commited" for no apparent reason.

Also taria, if you haven't already, make sure the plot and conditions are clear from day 1 so you don't have people playing vague or going off something they made up themselves. Just a friendly reminder!

*coughs characters aren't supposed to know about any of this stuff, especially the direct approach and spirits by my definition are all enchanting period. Especially if you hardly know them and see them as just their spirit form period. We didn't ever show ourselves being committed, we showed ourselves being interested in each of them because they honestly AREN'T human and are kinda you know..different Coughs* Man..I had so much stuck in my throat..

Plus it's supposed to be like a sim dating thing, since when do you know ANYTHING about the people you are interested in to get to know when you play those games? Or even date in real life?..plus the roleplay is to have fun :L

1)Grind intellignce so you get more money,
2)Grind strength so you can do more actions
3) work because your a poor ass bastard.
4) grind charisma
5) date girl and buy her heart for a few thousand.

steps 1,2,3 can be mixed and match as needed but should finish in that order.
steps 3,4,5 can also be mixed and matched but likely you'll be forced to do it in that order.

Name: Takeshi Nakamura
Description: He was born in the Gifu Prefecture. A bit impatient, but still would stand up for his beliefs and friends. Before he signed up to this guild, he had a happy-go-lucky life, until his mother died in a car crash. His father blamed him for everything, and committed suicide for unknown reasons. He was adopted by his relatives, but his cousins treated him like crap. He tried not to break down cause of all the bullying his cousins did, since his uncle and aunt always were there to cheer him up.

One day, he heard his aunt and uncle talking about a plan to get his family fortune, left by his deceased parents. "It was all a lie.." he said to himself. He became mentally and emotionally unstable, and stayed at his room for weeks.

When he saw his cousins at a park from his window, he went outside and lied to them about their parents wanting them to do some of their chores. Finally, when they were all alone, he grabbed a bat and beaten them up to death. He buried their bodies in the forest mountain, while talking about how he's gonna protect his parents last gift to him.

He went back home, with his bloody clothes and bat. Then, when his aunt saw him, she screamed. His uncle came running to his wife, but saw Takeshi beating her up with a bat. When Takeshi was done, he smacked his uncle with his bat, until he was dead. He went upstairs to his room, and destroyed everything his uncle and aunt gave him, saying "I DON'T WANT THIS! I'M NOT RELATED TO YOU ANY MORE!!!!" as tears rolled up in his eyes.

He found a knife, and decided to cut himself (around his neck..). After fainting, he woke up in a hospital, while doctors examining him. He remembered all of the things he did, (to his relatives) and decided to start anew. While at the hospital, he decided to grab a case of C-120, to avoid himself to became mentally and emotionally unstable.

Now, the following paragraph is not a personal attack toward you, and I am NOT saying it sucks, but....

I really dislike it when people post a short story on one important event as their bios. It uses a lot of room, and can be shortened to something like "Bob hated his family after a fight and left for a new life" instead of an entire story on it. Plus most people have more then one event that make up their lives. I'm NOT saying your story is bad, or that you need to change it, but that is my $.02 on that.

We should really get another subforum where we can post character's life stories. Some of us are writers, and it gets spammy and useless when people post them as bios.
