Quite frankly I don't understand the problem you people have with soap.
If you've been working out in the field all day and you have dirt ingrain to in the groves of yours hands; what will be more effective, water, or water and soap?

What makes you think the soap isn't work and your not have a allergic reaction? How many times do you use the same bar of soap or body wash while in the shower?

Well I use natural goat milk soap, for my body and hands. My hair I do not use shampoo and it has been fine and nice ever since.

I have tried different kinds of Shampoo to the same effect, if I was going to use any kind of shampoo I would find a natural kind but given I have decided not to use shampoo anymore period, because One it's a waste of money if your hair naturally produces stuff. and Two if it's not natural there's about a quarter of chemicals that cause cancer in each bottle. Who the hell wants to do that? Thats as bad as saying "I want a tan, skin damage? Skin Cancer? Haha well as long as I look good I don't care about the consequences!"

But in this case it's like "A waste of money? Other cancers? I don't care! as long as I smell like a new pack of Tennis balls that's all I want!" Lolz

You seem to be taking the cancer thing seriously. Give me a research paper that shows that occasional use of shampoo is linked to an increased cancer rate and I'll believe you. Otherwise, it's another one of those "Dem corporations be evil!1!1!11" talks.

The funny fact is people are complaining about soap which they use for about 15 minutes, however driving can give you cancer and if your me, you'd drive about an hour each day at least.

These are just children shampoos. If you like I will get more links and also for adult shampoo's if you so desire.

Even if I was full of crap are you going to risk it just to smell good? It's stupid lol.

Geez, that's pretty low. Putting possible carcinogens into kids shampoo and bubble bath is probably the least cool thing to do.

Upon hearing about that, I'm going to go without shampoo and see how my hair is afterwards.

Indeed, remember time can vary from 1-7 days before you may or may not see a difference. Least that's how it was for most of my family.

Summer, almost always, even in winter. Why?

With more skin exposed, the incidence of skin cancer is increased.

I'm in a pretty lightly insolated area, so I'm not worried even a little bit by cancer. If I spend all of my life trying to prevent cancer, I'll forget to have fun with my life!

Ah, but those were the rare instances where I left the house. I know even on overcast days the chance of sun burns and aka skin cancer still has relevancy but regardless I am pale as a bone. I don't tan and for some reason I don't freckle either. I don't even burn anymore while out in the sun for to long. Only reason I know it's "to" long is because my family members have burns and etc. I don't wear sun screen usually while at the beach. Although I humor my folks so the kids put it on sometimes when they are being more difficult. *shrugs* I must be really really lucky or this means there is something else more serious going on and I am going to be screwed... xD
Regardless though.

I gave up soap.

Soap is not a lie, Shampoo on the other hand... I am on to you. Either way, use both every day since I am in a setting where I cannot go without either.

You'd think so but honestly over summer vacation you should try it Thae. See if your greasy hair (if you have it) and etc goes away <.< You'd be surprised. I used to be a grease ball and now it's smooth as silk, only use soap for my body and that stuff is all natural, no lye or anything. :3 Goat milk soap for the win.

oh also soap is not even supposed to touch your privates if you do use it. so if you're noticing a fishy smell start just using water lol... like thats actually what a doctor will tell you

You guys have gotten me curious now. I'll have try just water sometime to see how it is. Would be much better then having to buy shampoo all the time.

Yeah, if you have greasy hair or face and then rest it on your pillow; guess what? Now your pillow is greasy as well. You gotta wash that stuff at least every other week.

I haven't used soap, things are fine!

I just have to shower twice a day now, or my hair looks greasy as fries :D
Either way, it feels better with half grease in my hair. I just wear a hat often, so the girls don't see my greasyish hair. Well the top of it anyways, my hair is a bit long....
