firstly, I'll point out that I still can't draw - that damn helmet took hours. (and it's still not nice enough.)
..the gloves and boots aren't finished, either.

things I'm flip-flopping on include: lip colour, eye colour, ears shown/not and the armor's colour pallet. (I'm seeing a pattern, here. it's almost everything that I've actually done.)

if you're suggesting either a masked, animated-alpha overlay on the skin or an animated texture, I've been there.
and it ends up looking tacky and dropping frame-rates to nothing. (< I'm exaggerating, stop thinking of smart things to say.)

specifically, it's cortana from halo 2. the dark-er blue, better looking one.
there was some transperancy around her belly last update, but I've kicked that up a little bit and included her thighs. (transparency and joints aren't good friends, can't do too much.)

Just a little update of me making excuses for no updates this week, (..I'm way too tired to cleaver wordplay tonight..)

anyways, me being a little sick coupled with the new shooting system being a bit of a doozy - I haven't got squat to show off, today.
I should have something playable for you guys before the weekend, though.

what I've got there (supposing that it's all still being hosted on wherever I uploaded it all to) should be everything that I've released,
I haven't touched poser in quite a while, but I haven't stopped collecting models, clothes and tools.

so.. when making a game gets boring..

I've got 4 major areas planned for the game, each with it's own boss and quest target (the main quest being some tripe about building a ship or a rescue beacon (original ideas are poison.))

Space-pirate land featuring levirants, ridley and the aurora unit
starcraft-land with zerglings, hydras, mutas, brutalisks, zerg queens and maybe crashed adjutant bots. environmental sex weapons?!
a zelda map with mermaids, dark link and whatever else I can find.
and, finally. a classic lizard-vilage a-la LoK. (and probably a little forest, too.)

..and that should be enough for a version 1.0

A while back, I tried to create an extra clothing layer, but doing so meant that I'd have to add it (by hand) to everything I've made so far.
no to mention that I'd drive myself mental animating it's sway effects..

so, probably not.
