the "ba" is the drummer hitting one of the smaller drums, which is interrupted by hitting the big drum on the floor (dump) and followed with the "tish," meant to sound like a cymbal.

i think that shemales on males kinda enters teh realm of gay (though it is a technicality). though i know its not the case for you demon, im sure this would bring many others teh incentive of not getting caught. (unless your playing as zelda. then i would definitely want to get caught. besides, i find nothing more disturbing than a herm doing a guy)
