Possibly stupid question ho!!!

I feel like a real moron asking this but here goes. What program is everyone using to look at the fla files? I have flash 8 and it worked fine till recently. But I tried the version 0.2 fla and one or two others, the Midna ones I think, and I get unexpected file format warnings. Any help would be appreciated and sorry to pester.

Ah yeah, I wasn't sure what compatibility would be like, as I'm using CS4 and it didn't seem to give me any compatibility options (plus when I remember I was halfway finished uploading the file already )

Flash 8 will almost certainly be too old to work with the v0.3 files when they start appearing, so you'll want to upgrade at some point. I can't remember in what thread someone posted a link to a portable version of CS4, but if someone could post the link and actually describe what that entails I may add it to a stickied topic or something so people can find it easier.
