I can't make a signature

Good day fellow reader, I am not sure if this is a bug but I am unable to make/use signatures at the moment due to my IP Address being identified as a scammer IP Address, when will this status be removed as I am unaware of any scamming that I have done (my ISP is Hauwi btw, under contract of T-mobile).

Carrier-grade NAT? No, I am not under any IPv4 or IPv6 address...
For some reason I can do signatures now (keep in mind that I have a mobile hotspot and this has been written while on a car). Although I am not sure if I could edit it when I get home.

There is a limit to size of banners as well as character count. That may have been the issue initially.
