I'm a little surprised at all the Samus stuff that's popping up on the LoK forums. I know I'm mildly in part to blame for that but I think there's more to it than that as to why Samus seems to be out stripeing Krystal. First off there's the fact that Samus, unlike Krystal is a main character if not the main character for the entire Metroid series of games whereas Krystal is only a recent addition to the Star Fox line in which there's already a primary character (Fox) and a secondary (Falco) whose popularity seems to have gotten a real boost come the SSBM and even more SSBB, and Krystal is a late addition. Second, while both are capable of holding themselves, Samus clearly wins the survivabilty contest hands down, not only due to her Suits but general abilities. She has a longer and more indepth backstory plus a tragic past. Samus is the boss, Power suit, Fusion suit, Zero suit, or Birthday suit. Samus is made to be incontrol. Krystal, while not as bad as Slippy, isn't as consistent and has even palyed for the other team (Star Wolf) temporarily. In my opinion she could have ran with it for a little longer giving her more of a bad girl edge, but now she's back with Fox. Eh, fair enough. To put it simpily and relate it to the rape vs path of least resistance thread. You're basically going to have to rape Samus, unless you let her be on top. Krystal would happily go down on you if it means not getting hurt. Thirdly; and I'm going onto thin ice here. Krystal is furry. Now I like LoK, and I can enjoy the Pokemorphs etc. but to best put it. Someone who's very into furry will enjoy Krystal more than they would Samus, someone's who's somewhat into furries will enjoy both equally, someone who just likes sex stuff will enjoy both, but probably prefer Samus, and someone who dislike anything with any hint of fur would probably dislike Krystal just as much. In short, Samus can attract a wider range of viewers.

I love the outfit that you have her in ! its niiaaace <3 I like all that you just said about Samus and I will agree even though I do like furry stuff I think other types of people (not entirely picked up by LoK) will be attracted to space aliens and tentacles. I also like how you talked about the different ways that Krystal and Samus would handle things, if they had the option. Whatever happens I have much hope for this thread and you, steel, and am looking forward to what you have to say. Nothing bad can become of something so utterly fuckin' cool! Personally, i've always thought there's been a building demand for Samus porn over the years. In fact, years ago, I was surprised there wasn't more to be found. "Have people not gotten the best ending on Super Metroid!?" was along my train of thoughts. There was even an article i saw written on joystiq about "gamer's respecting samus too much" for sexual depictions. I wanted to link it, and read it again, but all the links I checked for that article are dead. Maybe it's been professionally withdrawn, but at the time, I actually took a bit in pride for Samus in not having slews of porn of her at that time, unlike Chun-li and various other video game characters.

Regardless, with the addition of zero-suit samus in SSBB, there's been a rapid surge of Samus' lust, and I think an outlet like PShapes has given that a medium to manifest itself.

I've just noticed that this samus model never opens her eyes...

looking great man I really like the gun. you should outline her knee so it doesn't look out of place and can you PLEASE open her eyes? I just hate that face so much.

Also, we should take into consideration that Krystal is furry,and Samus is more mainstream, so it is easier to find reference material and such. Even in terms of official stuff, Krystal has been kinda shorted

The Samus I have for Samus has her eye's closed and Trillix is refusing to export another eye properly. (THe layers mess up.) Her, Blazekin, and Liz of Egypt are still in development.

Well her's Fizion Samus, hopefully all completed. Added in her kicks as well to make it seem more durable.

Should I add the helmet or not?

Maybe you`d want to make the morphing ball bigger in the screw attack animation to make it less obvious. :p
