Wow. Your canvas size is humongous. How about making it 800x600 so it's easier to see?

I'm not sure I understand your question(s), but I'll try to answer anyway.

1. Her leg disappears because it's been removed from this keyframe here.
2. Her hand disappears because there are no frames here.

3. You move layers in front/behind of other layers by dragging them up/down like this.

Well for one thing the layers are in spanish or something. Second, you're using AS3 which is nightmarish, but I've fucked with it a bit and you can see the changes I did I'm gonna post here in a second (Still screwing with it)

Edit

.....FUCK AS3

ActionScript 3.0 is a much better language for doing more in depth coding, if all you want to do is slap some basic commands onto buttons or control the flow of an animation than AS2 is simpler.

This is really, really easy.
1. Press "CTRL+A", "CMD+A", or "Edit>"Select All."
2. Go down to your timeline, right click/control click and press "Copy Frames."
3. Go to "Insert>New Symbol" and make sure you've made it a movie clip--name it something you'll be familiar with.
4. You should be in your new symbol's scene. click on the first frame in the "layer 1," it should just be a blank keyframe. Then right/control click and press "Paste Frames."
5. Now make a new AS2 document--leave your animation and all up in a different tab/window, depending on your version of flash.
6. Go into Properties and make the resolution 800Wx600H.
7. Go back into your animation and find the "Library." if it's not already in your toolbar, it should be in "Window>Library."
8. Copy the symbol you made of your animation and paste it into your new document.
9. Resize your flash if needed with the transform tool; you can even move it around.
10. Congrats! Play your movie, you'll be happy with the results. I took your edited flash and here's what I got.

HOW TO MAKE A BUTTON :D :D :D :D

Create the shape you want your button to look like.
Make it a symbol (Various ways to do this, F8, Right-click and select convert to symbol, or the menu on the top)
(For ActionScript 2.0)
left click the button on the stage
open up the actions panel
and write the following code
on(release) {
gotoAndPlay(Put Frame # here. ex: 2)
}
simple as that. Caps are important.

Certain actions can only be applied to certain types of object.
Make sure your symbol is defined to be a button (in the Properties pane), and make sure it is selected when you view the Actions pane, if you have a frame or other object selected then you won't be able to apply the code to it (or it won't behave as you expect).
