Alright, I have been talking about how great Unity is, so I will give you an example I'm sure you're interested in seeing.

This is the result of a collaboration between me and wolvalix over at Furaffinity.

Attention,
This was created to show of what can be done with a game engine and 3D animations. wolvalix and I would like to create a more fleshed out game in the future, but for that we would mainly need an animator, so we hope that this catches the interest of you animators out there. We could also use an environment/interior artist, so if that's what you do, please contact either of us.

Known issues:

The Mac and Linux versions doesn't work for everyone
The breasts and ass bounces after transitions
The breast physics won't work as intended at lower frame rates, please select a quality setting that makes the game run smoothly in the downloaded version
The cum on the body moves as well as disappears briefly now and then

Niiice. Really hope some people pick up Unity for this sort of thing. I know one or two people have already, but I kinda hope for more.

@NeerHeer thanks. Yeah, there are a lot of great things you can do with it, and 3D in general for that matter, so people are certainly missing out if they're just sticking with the usual.

@Terrantor!!! I hope you'll get home soon then because we have still not settled for an animator.

This is really nice work. This is exactly the sort of thing I was hoping people would do with Unity, but sadly lack the skills to do myself. I hope the rest of your project goes well.

Well, I've really wanted to make a Legend of Zelda game like OoT or MM for ages, and Unity seemed perfect for that. I can't animate or do 3D modelling though

@Anonymouse I would make a game like that too if I wasn't already planning on making a porn game. I would look at Google Sketchup, it's great for creating buildings and other solid objects and in Unity Pro you got great terrain tools. So then you only got the animation bit left.

Hey, sorry, I'm having trouble with bills and shit and cannot animate for this project, yet. But I was gonna say, you can't implement OoT or MM concepts into a porn game? I can see like a 3d dating sim with some dungeon crawling, captivating story. It'll be amazing!!

I've tried Unity free, and it's great, so many possibilities, so naturally i had to make my own game, now i'm working in two games, a 2D plattformer and a RPG, both games are eroge, so i will share my progress soon, right now i can say that the Renamon demo is awesome, i like the breast effect, bouncing breast , i can't make that, so the breasts in my game don't look that good. Anyway you made a great game!!!

Well, I'm looking into making this LoZ game. I found some models from Twilight Princess (not sure if they were ripped from the game or created by somebody, but they look pretty good) and at the moment I'm working on integrating them into Unity. At the moment I'm really not concerned with whether it's an adult game or not because the whole project is extremely ambitious, and I have a tonne of work to do on the important bits of the game (character control, animations, combat etc) before I can consider adding porn.

So what 3D software are you using for your games? that's important, i'm using blender, blender for modeling and animating, i'm quite good at modeling but not so good at texturing, i really think that blender is one of the best options for game assets creation, since is free and very powerful. So what 3D software are you using?

Well, if I'm going to make a game like Zelda, then it wouldn't want to include any porn. It isn't a simple task to throw in porn, because it is going to mess up the game design. It's like run or rape games, avoiding enemies are fine, but when the player are being punished by being shown porn, then that is when nothing makes a single bit of sense. If you got a concept that makes sense, then the problem is that you can't focus fully on gameplay and porn, so it is either going to be all around bad, the gameplay are going to suck, or the porn is going to be awful. So you got to have simple gameplay, that allow you to focus more on the porn, and a Zelda game is far from simple.

@Matpneumatos Sweet, I will have to check that out.
For the breast physics, I used Fishypant's script, which you can find here http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php?title=JiggleBone . Place that script on the breast bones, then you can tweak how they behave in the inspector. You just got to ensure that the breast bones are pointing at Z positive with a rotation of 0, 0, 0. Though since you're using Blender, it won't work out very well because it have a different coordinate system than Unity. So if you got bones that aren't rotated, then they will be rotated in Unity.
I'm mostly using Unity because I take care of the programming, other than that I use Google Sketchup for interior and ZBrush if I have to make a character model or any other smooth object.

@Anonymouse Good that you're making progress and you seem to have a good mindset about it.
It's going to be a brothel game, that's all about customization and porn. Can't say too much more about it because it's design changed quite recently and I'm not sure where it all will end up.

Oh, thanks for showing me that script, it looks cool, not realistic but cool, i didn't have any problem with the axis, even though i'm using blender, i'm good using both blender and sketchup, though i have a free license of sketchup for non commercial purposes, but i think i could make interiors or environments, so if you want, take a look to my blog so you can see some models, environments mostly, the link is on the Unity game, 2D platformer topic. Yes, there is a free version of unity, it has some limitations, mostly graphical limitations and some functions are not available, but it is still an amazing and powerful game engine.
