Well, if I'm going to make a game like Zelda, then it wouldn't want to include any porn. It isn't a simple task to throw in porn, because it is going to mess up the game design. It's like run or rape games, avoiding enemies are fine, but when the player are being punished by being shown porn, then that is when nothing makes a single bit of sense. If you got a concept that makes sense, then the problem is that you can't focus fully on gameplay and porn, so it is either going to be all around bad, the gameplay are going to suck, or the porn is going to be awful. So you got to have simple gameplay, that allow you to focus more on the porn, and a Zelda game is far from simple.

For the breast physics, I used Fishypant's script, which you can find here
http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php?title=JiggleBone . Place that script on the breast bones, then you can tweak how they behave in the inspector. You just got to ensure that the breast bones are pointing at Z positive with a rotation of 0, 0, 0. Though since you're using Blender, it won't work out very well because it have a different coordinate system than Unity. So if you got bones that aren't rotated, then they will be rotated in Unity.
I'm mostly using Unity because I take care of the programming, other than that I use Google Sketchup for interior and ZBrush if I have to make a character model or any other smooth object.
@Anonymouse Good that you're making progress and you seem to have a good mindset about it.
It's going to be a brothel game, that's all about customization and porn. Can't say too much more about it because it's design changed quite recently and I'm not sure where it all will end up.
