Peach content concepts

Hey folks, only just heard about the continued effort on this project, which I think is pretty cool. When I first ran into the LoK I was really interested in developing it further on my own, however I quickly realized I have no time to do so. So what I have for this community is ideas and conceptual drawings, primarily for Peach's play section. Sorry if the drawings are rough, they're really just conceptual doodles.

But before I begin about that, a couple of ideas for the storyline of the game overall and some tiny suggestions:
  • After escaping the Sharp Claw Tribe, Krystal runs into the double dicked wolfmen. She can befriend them by well, you know. She continues to find Fox's Arwing landed, unscathed and a dead Sharp Claw on the ground, she can lewt the Arwing for a laser pistol. The next area gives Krystal cover with bushes as she watches Fox doing all sorts of awfully wonderful things with local female denizen(s) and pretty much being waited on hand and foot. If you move Krystal out of the bushes, she confronts Fox who actually antagonizes her for taking so long. Assuming dialogue options are available, Krystal can say she's sorry and go to him or get pissed off at him (and potentially kill, maim or stun him if she has the pistol). Or she can go back to the wolfmen and have them rape Fox or eat him or something. If she goes to him, you get a nice sex scene and potentially the end of this section of the game (or more content beyond Fox). If she takes the laser pistol with her back to the Sharp Claw Tribe, she can use it to incapacitate the men (who now actively engage her). Once all of them, including General Scales and Rex, are out cold the women of the village regain their power and foster a more egalitarian society (lore: when mr. scales took over, there was a shift in power that essentially made the women slaves). But sex is still everyone's favorite activity and a giant orgy goes down.
  • Interplay between the stories: we have clips of Krystal getting slammed by Bowser in a bedroom and (wolf) Link in a jail cell, what if Krystal is sold to/captured by Bowser as a slave. This could happen no matter what you do during Krystal's section: The Sharp Claw Tribe sells her, the tribe post-egalitarian still sells her (they're still tribal folk), she is captured somewhere, Fox sells her to get out of a jam. Whichever one makes most sense would be implied through dialogue in the other sections of the game.
  • The dino dicks could maybe get a non-pimpled change in art asset? (request from the girlfriend) For instance like General Scales' in Mario's Castle.
  • Speed up walking movement! At the moment, Krystal slogs along and it hurts the gameplay.

Now for my ideas concerning a playable Princess Peach section of the game. Assuming that the team is interested in exploring non-Krystal centered gameplay, I think this section could follow a fairly similar formula to Krystal's.
  • First off, Peach already has tons of experience (Bowser~) so her form of experience is Approval Rating. Characters she doesn't have enough rating for are too angry with her to do anything, and until she actually bangs them their dialogue is still not happy with her.
  • There is a flute to be found which Peach uses more like a dildo and, when used, lets her travel either A. inside Bowser's Castle and back, or B. any main area of her choosing.
  • Looking at the area map I've attached, there are 18 areas with 4 sub-areas (roughly the same number it would take to implement my ideas for Krystal's section [original 16+2], above).
    • Throne room - description: Well appointed throne room, high backed chair, long carpet, large windows - characters: Toad - Here is where the game begins for Peach, sitting on the throne tragically as Toad describes her crashing approval rating and the problems her kingdom is facing (shortage of 1ups, Goombas on strike, etc.), she points out she is a princess and shouldn't need an approval rating, but Toad explains these are different times. The stage is set for Peach to get her approval rating and kingdom out of the crapper... with SEX! (hooray!) She could even get started with Toad himself, who loves the taste of her pussy (see sex positions). This could be where Peach can find the flute if the player makes her sit on the throne again (a different place to find the flute might be better).
    • Hall - description: continuation of the throne room, large windows, long carpet, door to shower room - nothing really going on here.
      • Shower - description: door to hall, tub shower with see thru curtain - characters: another toad - Peach can clean off her body in the shower here, the toad informing her of such.
      • Bedroom - description: Giant four poster bed, maybe a dresser or somesuch - characters: Daisy - Here Daisy can be found twiddling her feet on Peach's bed, eager for some lesbian action.
    • Gate - description: large iron and wood gate, exit to outdoors (emulating mario game world style) - characters: toad guards, Luigi - Here Peach can exit her castle and speak with Luigi, who's concerned about Peach debasing herself but won't say no to some action
    • Mario - description: more outdoors, a stone path - characters: Mario and Yoshi - Mario is sitting atop Yoshi here, bobbing up and down in a weird fashion. Mario's dialogue focuses on how amazing Yoshi is, following a structure like that of Amazing horse (for lols) and ending with "shut up woman suck off Yoshi." And she can do so (Mario fapping while he watches).
    • World 1-1 - description: emulating beginning of world 1-1 from the mario franchise - characters: goomba - He wants a titjob
    • Hedge - description: tall hedge blocks Peach from most view, focusing on foreground - some toads double penetrating Toadette
    • House - description: outdoors, view of toad house in the background - characters: Wolly and Ivan (names begatten with New Super Mario Bros. Wii) - Here Peach can enter the toad house or get double banged by the toads (using the current toad sex as a starting point).
      • House inside - description: Door, window, maybe a chest - This might be a good place to find the flute, as well as hide some random characters going at it.
    • Tube entrance (no label in drawing) - description: pair of tubes, the latter of which leads to the underground levels - characters: piranha plant - Here the piranha plant blocks Peach's path, unless her approval rating is high enough and she shags it.
    • Underground 1 - description: emulating world 1-2 from mario - Peach can use the tube to return to the surface.
    • Underground 2 - description: continuation of world 1-2 - characters: goomba gang - These are a bunch of goombas on strike because of dangerous working conditions, they're eager to spend their frustrations on Peach.
    • Pool - description: a tube comes down from the ceiling showering water in a pool, another tube exits outside - Peach can wash off here.
    • Bridge 1 and 2 - description: tube exit from underground, bridge, water below - Peach can enter the water from either point, exiting the same side she entered.
      • Underwater - description: emulates underwater levels in mario - characters: Blooper - Blooper wants in on the fun too, but in a weird tentacle kind of way
    • Porticullus - description: the entrance to Bowser's castle is barred, a crowd of his cronies crowding about it - characters: Koopas/Lakitu - Peach discovers Bowser's gate closed, and his lackeys tell her that he's angry and threw them out, locking the gate behind them. They ask if she can get him to calm down, and if she'd like some more gangbang action. The gate cannot be opened.
    • Castle - description: dark evil castle interior, corridor opening on right side - characters: Boo - This is where the flute deposits Peach when she uses it (she is returned to her throne room if she uses it again). Boo is translucent, and can only be activated if Peach faces away from him.
    • Boss 1 - description: long, long corridor (as such before confronting Bowser in Mario).
    • Boss 2 - description: bridge above lava filled pit (as in Mario) - characters: Bowser - Peach can confront Bowser here. He is angry and must be talked down before he offers her tea and sex (as usual).
    • Bowser bedroom - description: as current Bowser sex scene, but with a more sinister outdoor view - This part remains relatively unchanged, except that Bowser has some dialogue explaining that he has a prisoner who might be fun to play with (Krystal). After the sex is done, Bowser asks Peach if she will be his queen and the player can choose. If yes, she gets a fun new bondage outfit and we see her torturing Mario and Luigi (or somesuch) while getting it from Bowser. If no, Peach can return to the game world and her castle, where new dialogue options are available. Toad in particular explains that her approval rating is so high it's cause for a celebration. So the player can choose to have a ball, which very quickly degenerates into an orgy.
    • In either case, we hear that some of Bowser's prisoners have escaped! Which refers to Link's portion of the game, which I could see starting in Bowser's dungeon.

Holy crap an actual Game Design Document worthy post with well thought out plans and amazingly production-like sketches. May i be the first to congratulate you for your extremely thorough documentation.

Thanks you guys! I had actually started working on rebuilding the flash files (downloaded/reengineered with a shareware copy of flare) and it was just too much work for one guy trying to graduate at the same time. Anyways, I would love to hear Renara & Co.'s intentions for the story, or if they're really focusing on content/streamlining at this point. If they like my ideas, I could start putting together art assets and working on a story for Link's part of the game. I really like the idea of these narratives interweaving and referencing each other.

Any good ideas for who Peach finds in flagrante delicto in the toad house?

Any ideas for how Link's story could play out, if we assume he starts as a prisoner of Bowser? His transformation into his wolf form being his escape method out of his cell makes sense (see, twilight princess). Once he's out, he can free some of the other prisoners, but also sex them up (see current Link/Krystal animation). I have one idea for a background engagement, DK and Pauline held in a cell together having hot monkey sex. But I'm kinda at a loss once Link escapes, does he bring Krystal with him? Does she resurface later? What do you think?

Very nice concept. I dislike the idea of Krystal actually blasting the NPCs, and I can only imagine it would take a lot more work to do, on the part of the developers as well as the players themselves having to go back and blast everyone.
The concept does diverge from the one that Playshapes had, but that doesn't matter all too much as I am assuming v 3.0 will differ from Playshapes' original idea for the Krystal area anyway.

Overall detailed, love the concept art. Hoping that after v 3.0 the team will look into this! :D

Well, I covered this in one of the other threads, but basically our aim is to remain faithful to PlayShapes' original story idea, though that said his storyline is fairly loose which gives us plenty of freedom with the exact details. You can view his post in the old The Plan thread.

For v0.3 we're focusing on mostly what you already see in v0.2's Krystal section (SharpClaw village, Caves, and some stuff beyond), that's not to say it won't be a significant upgrade, just that that's where we're starting from, so it's unlikely Peach, Link, Zelda etc. will make any real appearance until v0.4 When you read PlayShapes' post you'll notice that he mentions a cutscene at the start of the Dark Woods (after defeating the RedEye), featuring Link, Zelda, Midna, and Wolf Link, but it's likely that will be added later as that's four extra characters for a few minutes of cutscene, those of you who have tried making your own LoK style characters will know just how long it can take to tweak and perfect each new character!

Anyway, Yumskerdoodle your post is excellent, it's obvious you've gone to a ton of effort with it and it's really great to see such well developed ideas! Your level-plan/storyboard is also very well done! My only comment is that we're not really planning for any true combat, there'll be enemies Krystal needs to defeat certainly, but it's likely she'll find some inventive ways to incapacitate them :)

since I'm the storyboard member of the team I better say something, although i'm kinda tired atm, i might edit this later.

Sadly I don't think we can really use any of the krystal suggestions you made, thanks for the ideas, some stuff like changing the dicks on the lizards is up to kal, and we're not sure what reasons krystal will end up in the mushroom kingdom for yet. I've gotten the script written up a decent amount past where the first game leaves off at, there's a few things that are simular in plans but not a lot. BTW we've already said many times we are gonna speed up the walking animations.

very well thought out plan for princess peach, the original story for that was already kinda fuzzy, so we got a lot of freedom to work with there. I'm not sure how much we plan to do with playing as peach or the approval rating system, but i'm liking the thought out map you have and the diffrent encounters, we probably won't use it all exacally but i'd say odds are good that a lot of your ideas will show up somehow.

Well, the thing is, we don't know how things will play out with the story of Peach and Mario yet. Granted, giving us these ideas will help us utilize them and branch off of them, or even better, spawn new ideas, no matter if they are used or not.

My mind is blown, (not literally), but I personally think the team should just take basic ideas off these schematics, there must be so much to do already and this could honestly be a whole different game by itself. I'm glad that someone has mapped at least a part of this game out and publicly shown it.
On a completely unrelated note: how different is the new Krystal from the old one? Is their a new Krystal artwork?

Well, yeah, basic ideas. It all depends. We've already had many scenarios run by, thoughts crossed, you know... but never actually said at one point that one idea would necessarily happen, because we'll end up changing it in the process of actually doing it. For example, the Piranha Plant might be used, but with a different purpose entirely.
The game is already pretty different, we're actually solidifying LoK from what it was--sort of a blurred mesh. We're bringing it all together and filling the holes. We're definitely changing things and ultimately, the game is going to be very different from PlayShapes game--in a good way, of course. You might have missed my pompous lectures about this early on when I joined in late January through March, but that's the general idea--better, different in a good way, etc.
Yes, there is a new Krystal, but she is still in beta. I can guarantee you guys will see her before the release of v0.3 but I still have to tweak her a bit and make sure she is 100% final and ready to go before I can show her off. I'll be showing you guys some awesome concept art soon, though ;)
AND SADLY--NO, I WASN'T HINTING AT ANYTHING--ITS NOT KRYSTAL.
