Technically yes she does, a varient of Metroid Prime copied her and inhabits her disuesd Dark Phazon Armor. Commonly called Dark Samus.

Hey, the Fuzion Style Space Pirate is about 60% complete. Foot, lower leg, upper arm, and claw are all done. Torso should be done in an hour. Upper leg and head maybe by tommorow night.

well, they were made around the same time, but Prime takes place way before Super Metroid and Fusion is a few years after Super Metroid

... but you know, she is part Metroid now, I wouldn't be surprised if she developed some tentacles to deal with females... at least in the H-World

Space Pirate GET! Now, I'll go back and tweak up some Metroids (though honestly GPetes are already pretty snazzy). I may try some evolutions and my Tentatroid Pokemon fusion. But in the meantime, GPete, Space Pirate is here and ready to do your bidding, use him how you wish, edit him some more if you so desire. (I'd like to see him get the action that he deserves but that I cannot animate.)

Also, somebody tell me if he's got any issues now rather then later.

There is one major flaw in you're point that allows anyone to ignore it in it's entirety. EYoshi, it's the fact that you not only made an account, but went so far as to add a display picture only to post that? Heck, I just like to make stuff and help out. I've not got a display or a sig or any of that. Other then that, I've had, and currently have a girlfriend. Why I do this is becuase I'm greedy. I want more girls than I could handle. But that's not happening. So this is the replacement for that. So to you sir and your poorly formatted message... tl;dr.

http://metroid.wikia.com/wiki/Space_Pirate just scroll through that there's enough of a gallery of how they've looked, the older games was always two claws but with metroid prime they started changing the look up somewhat.
