Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! *Runs circles and prays corta.* That is an amazing animation. It is just a little bit lagging in the start but that is the only thing I have to criticize.

It's an incredible animation, but I don't like the shaky cam. Too many new hentai movies use it, and it really makes it hard to focus on the action while the camera's bouncing around everywhere.
>_>
<_<
(Just between you and me, I'm pretty sure those movies are using the technique to hide bad animations and loops, and your animation looks too good to need that trap. Keep up the good work! :) )

A big ass hydralisk pops out of the ground and knocks the weapon out of Samus' hand. I'd say if the camera wasn't shaking, it wouldn't be believable. The slight movement of the camera after that, well, I didn't even notice it till I watched it again with camera in mind, so no, I wouldn't worry about that. However the fact is the darn zerg is creepy as hell. Major creep factor. I'd prefer some zealots and other protoss. That would be fucked up.

it was all the blur/glow effects - they leak ALOT of memory.
's ok, though. removed them, replaced with some low-alpha lines.
it'll run nice from now on..

been on a little snag for a bit now, though...
seems I'm in need of a new back torso,
AnotherArrow's work -although quite nice- is not in a perspective that I can use..
(kudos to him, by the way - they're very nice)

drawing my own isn't working out well, [I don't do 'from scratch' very well, I'm just touch-ups]
this is something that needs to get sorted before I can continue..

I'm going to search my archives for some source material..
but, if anyone knows of a/has made a playshapes-style isometric torso shot from behind .. that's a mouthful -.- ..
or maybe if you're an artist who wants to save the day - any help would be appreciated!

alright, a bit of an over-reaction.. it was just how I had the legs angled -made the whole thing look borked...
a bit of stretching around and it's good to use!

..as you were..

and thanks to ron, for offering to help when I was being fussy :D

man .. was I drunk or something?

Wanted to say this earlier but I'm lazy. Hydralisks do not have rounded faces; their faces are diamond shaped. The also have longer scythes. Maybe you'll fix that later. I don't know. I like the animations though. Very nice. Don't criticize my short sentences...or I'll sit on you.

imo the camera movements help give the animation a totally different mood from others here, which is awesome. And the hydralisk also looks incredibly freaky (meaning great; they're supposed to be hellish, for crissake!), so all around well done!

right-o chaps, doin' a bit of drawing..

the outline for the back courtesy of AnotherArrow,
it's probably alot more difficult to convert somebody's work than start over - but shut up, I'm no good at that.

so, I've done: a paint job, de-furring, some shape warping, made some new shoulder-blades and done a little shading..
it still looks pretty far from done when matched against the rest of the body though.

you might have seen this coming, but I'm looking for feedback on..

that upper and lower chest being out of proportion,
the stomach curve,
the shoulder-blades,
the shoulder positions,
shading
and the general shape..

sock it to me, baby!

the back itself looks really good, but it seems somewhat too small and maybe a touch too thin, though i'm not quite certain how much since I think the leg positions would also twist a bit to accommodate that kinda angle. This is an optical illusional i've seen around, but its also a good woman's silhouette, so you could probably use it for scaling reference.

I like it, but I think it would help if the legs where spread out a bit at the butt, giving it the illusion your looking at her butt, instead of her legs from the side

yeah maybe just a little little too thin for my liking but the ass is perfect. and the lining of the shoulder blades is dead on and in all marvelous!
