As mentioned, the second one is simply an inked-up assembled picture of what Shedra has posted back on page 1 of this topic. Since I was just using copies of the posted links, the line quality isn't as good as a scan to get a 150-300 dpi version, so I didn't play with the size constraints of the body parts, I simply put the pieces from the side-view together. The wings and tail parts didn't match the same perspective, so I left those off.
Outside of the NES metroid, Ridley does have a pelican-like head and enlarged hands and feet compared to his lanky limbs, esp in Metroid Fusion. Each game in succession seems to make his face longer and longer, i'm just jumping the gun and exaggerating it further

As far as the "boobs" go, that's pectoral armor, Ridley just isn't manly enough to wear it well :/ — my ridley is based a lot more on the Zero Mission adaptation of Ridley, with some influences from Meta-Ridley.
