Renamon Sprites in LoK?

Consider pToon's Renamon officially de-chinned. I also slightly altered her leg to look less "blockish". The alteration literally only took ten seconds of my time so no thanks are in order. Oh, and sincere congrats to pToon for another work well done.

True, it still needs some work, but, for now, I've already given my little contribution so I'll let someone else have the pleasure of improving the drawing. For instance, I would like to see her feet and the tufts of hair at the base of her calves receive some attention. That should provide some more constructive criticism to work with during the next effort, if and when it happens.

um. theres alot of. tuft. on her neck. maybe a little less would give her a cuter look. unless your looking for the whole feral rip you apart look then its good. the ones at teh base of her calves look fine. really in general everything is okay. just the face is giving me the could be better vibes.

Lol, I'm surprised I didn't mention the neck tufts, but I'll agree that they also need some TLC. Making her a little cuter will definitely help, but, as this is Renamon we're talking about, I don't think she should look too cute. Personally, I would prefer her to look more innocent, but I suppose it's pretty much the same thing

Besides, I didn't really want to get too into nit-picking the picture seeing as its final destination is to -hopefully- be used as a reference for a "paper-doll" in Flash, i.e. I think most of the retouching will likely happen when it's being made Flash-friendly.

if your looking for innocent then i reference that picture i posted not to long ago. the one you got is looking more like someone stuck a bug in her coffee. and we all no that aint a smart thing to do. but if your looking for small changes to make a big difference, id suggest trimming her lip. renamon may be stuck up. but i dont think she has a constant pout lip going on. but dont trim it too much. it actually looks kinda good on her.

But, yeah, I've had a thing for cartoonised puffy lips since I saw Elton Porthilo's stuff some years back. I really like 'em. However, like most things in life, you can always have too much of a good thing and some of that collagen in Ren's lower lip definitely needs to go.

To put it simply she looks like shes out for blood. The paint under her eyes looks more like war paint when she has her ears slanted back with that glare in her eyes that could kill somebody...she just doesn't look like she wants to have teh seksy teims riat naow. The plush face and pout-y lips give off the less resistant vibes than that brick wall of a face she has in the pic. Somewhere in the middle between "id rather be burned at the stake than let your "kind" defile my body" and "Ohh th...that feels...*muffled moan* " lies something we can all agree on. Her body is fine by me its just the angry - determined - die trying thing she has going on now is clashing with the aspects of a porn game.

I like this version a LOT... still some work to do (mostly regarding the black lines on the thighs), but I had to share this, cuz it looks goooooood.

I don't have the actual fla yet... I'll see if I can get him to release it here himself when he's ready.

That looks pretty good! the tail needs some work. It looks like its behind her whole body. The feet look just a little big as well. But other than those two minor things, its a great start!

Thats one damn good model and you didnt trace it right? Im going to see what i can change on it to make it more awesome but i dont think i will find that much to change so...

That looks quite nice! At the moment it does need the thigh fixed (as you noted), but I'd also suggest a more flexible tail if it could be done. Depending on what sort of game you're going for, she may need to have a 3/4 view instead.

What i did:
Made several view for the hands
Made a 3/4 look head
Made Body front view
Tighs Front view
Tweaked little what was already there
And added some reference images.
