What are you using to generate your .gif? You should look into masking as a method to remove the alternating hand layers~

I have been known to animate a thing or two I don't usually like pixel art or non-flash stuff, but I have to say your work might be an exception.

Flash does all the work... the problem with photoshop is that you actually have to construct all your frames as far as I know.

Sadly i think Construct can't handle flash, except manually with python or maybe a window media player

I think the pixelart is quite good, actually. If the obvious pixels are too much for you, try using this bookmarklet to halve the dimensions and make it look smoother. I'm not sure how the final product is going to be, but given the ship sprites I'm guessing they'll be shrunk down a bit in the final product.

Oh man I love the artwork, but I went and got myself employed >.<. Wish I had the time to color in your pixel art =(. On the catgirl I would dither from one color into another like from normal tail color to the lighter version at the tip. Your art is amazing, super jealous <3
