so i believe that the reason i'm getting this weird formatting bug is because where in a loop I add the "\n"

So the basic version of what i'm doing is taking a char[5][5] and convert it in to a string.
My code looks something like this

Basically to fix my code all i have to do is replace a number.

So i stopped for a while since i want to get the save system working but i think Suraru has give me a push in the right direction.
I'll so if i can get a hard coded map made. Something that is coming up is that fact that i need some kind of editor tools for my game.
This could be a good or a bad thing.

Bad because it's going to be a pain programming it but good because this mean i have more to offer when the games complete.

I would join you and help you program this, but starting some time in January I'm going back to school to work on getting my Masters Degree. So that also means my activity might drop. I'm going to be doing full time while my position at work is filled with an assistant, then I will probably be getting a promotion to hopefully Database manager (which pays a fuckton).

So ya, Starting january I might dissappear for four years, and I wouldn't want to leave you hanging. In the mean time I'll just send you good accurate advice and stuff. I really want to see how this game turns out lol.

You also have to remember that i'm not very professional in the way i program. Normally when i should use polymorphism i don't and half my classes lack comments.

Huh i'm just watched a video on IO just to freashen up my knowgle since i personally have to use scanner to get anything done in that field and it seems bufferedReader reads strings when fileReader reads char. Stupid basic java book. All this time i though fileReader and writer were the way to go.
