I do not think that it is good to make two seporated project with LoK i think it is better to make 1 big game with seporated story that have some general line in it. Player can choose what story to play full or may be only Samus / Fox.
It will be LoK because all starts from Star Fox
but it wll have a big story of Samus too and may be about their action together in future - like it was in some quest games. Move something - stand one to one point and move some thing - i do not know now how can it be
For example it can begin like 2 swf games with one main for both libruary, and then become like one big *.swf game / or parts (if big size) with one big story. Or 2 games with one main story for both. Or begin like one big game from beginning but we have to think how to make it and see what we have. To make one big algoritm for it (for example some thing like that : when select Samus it play more actions/ When Krystal it play All for Krystal like it is now).

A big world with one story - More actions for Samus and sex action for Krystal (Because she does not look so armored like Samus in the begining of game - she has no weapon).
For example run or fly some way and then Krystal ship was hard damaged. Then like now all story she is trying to get some where. But for her rescue i do not know with what reason or may be Star Fox was escort some i do not know baggage of some thing important. So anoher ship have to fly away and can not help her for move baggage in safe spot because it have to move some thing very important. Like i do not know 1/2 1/3 1/..n part of some thing very dangerous.
Or may be Samus goes for that baggage not for Star Fox.
After Dinos knock down Krystals ship - they may think i do not know that it was baggage of beer - so they attack them - they find Krystal
and have some good time
They even can forget about baggage. But it was damaged so some thing can begin later
.
After Krystal goes out from spot like now - Samus arrives to the spot where ship crashed or some spot near it and action begins.
