Yes but you have to use the [Ctrl + ->] until you reach it.

yes this is in the game.V0.2, neither scene is fully complete tho.

thats mean that the scene is not animated, its just a image? whatever how must i do for see this in the game??

Open the flash and type Ctrl + -> or on the menu Control > Foward until you reach it.
The scene in the water is animated but the one outside of the water tank isn't animated in the game.
