cant be sure of that as height for Link and the other character in the game were not given its more or less a mater of perception but lets just say that if, in human form from the 'twilight princess' game Link is average height of 6'4", imp midna would be around 3'2" to 3'6", If given a B or C cup, she becomes a definite adult...

i admit my tastes are for short woman big boobs, but then again maybe that's just me wanting a woman i can fuck missionary with craning my neck up to to see her face... i like eyes as much as boobs, but boobs are far easier to get a girl to let you touch them.

I can tell you for a fact, Link was developed at average size. He's not the tallest guy in the world, I'd maybe say Link hits 5'7" (at the most, he's probably 5'5"-5'6", not the tallest fellow on the block), 5'8" if you count his hat. He does not have the body of someone who could even be considered 6', that's for sure. Wolf Link is relatively about 2'6" tall on all fours, Imp Midna rests between 2'9" and 3'3" at a good estimate. So that's basically a tiny preschooler or a six year old dwarf who probably isn't that attractive to say the least. Pick your poison.

When it comes down to Imp Midna, we've already pointed out that we're not going to even try to cater to every fetish out there, it's simply not feasible. And this is one that we don't want to do; that doesn't mean Imp Midna won't appear at all, after all Kal's "audition" of sorts was his interesting vector and colour of Imp Midna, but we have no intention of sexualising her.

However, we won't (and can't really) stop third party content being created using the source-files, if that's what you really want, then go ahead once the appropriate version is out.

As far as Midna's allure goes, it's 100% personality. She teases and taunts Link throughout the game about how he's her slave now, and drapes herself over him just to rub salt into his wound. Whenever she speaks in the game, you get that condescending laugh coming out of your wii-mote. It's all very sexy if you ask me. However, in her true form, she loses all of that. The blue blood shines through and she's all business. Even if she wanted to walk down that hazy line of flirt/dominate she wouldn't be able to do it as she did in her imp form. She regressed into a typical princess. That wouldn't be too bad if we didn't experience her spunky endearing imp form first.

And to further separate her personalities she just cries and blows link a kiss that shatters the seal. That was gay. That wasn't congruent with the midna of 95% of the game at all. It should have been an angry tear-streaming attack on the seal.

Just to argue with surskit a bit. You do see the change in Midna's personality even before she returns to her true form. Pretty much after you start hunting down the broken twilight mirror pieces she's lost the bitchy dominate attitude and starts acting more mature, it's not like it happened all at once.

That change is relatively mild though. I think the only notable moments of her maturity occur when she's actually fighting, which is still contradicted by her emergent personality in True Form. On the whole, I just think imp midna was so well received because she was refreshingly cynical and mean. Once in true form it may as well just be a zelda clone.

meh, i'll still argue that we didn't see enough of adult midna's form to really form a valid opinion on what her personality is like once she's back to normal, all you really get is a goodbye scene from her, hard to judge how different she is once she's back to her true self, from just that one scene.

I'm in full agreement with trunks and the other LoK team members. After all it is you guys making the game, so content should always in the end be up to you guys. True that this whole thing may turn a few people off, but, you really can't please everyone, (though it does seem like you all are trying your damndest)
I'm all for having Midna's true form in the game, mainly cuz she's hot XD, but, I personally don't really like the idea of Imp Midna in any actual scenes...it's just creepy.

But then she got really sick and I got terribly worried! So I went off on another adventure to make her all better. Then, after she got better, I made LOVE to her to show her how important she was to me! ( Zone's game. XD ) We were so close. And then we adventured further on, closer than ever before. And then I found myself standing before this terribly powerful and incredibly evil man. He hurt my adorable little imp lady friend and I RAGED on him until he died. Then... what was this?!? My ADORABLE little imp friend had CHANGED! But wait... THAT IS NOT MIDNA!!! GO BACK TO THE WAY YOU WERE BEFORE!!! RAGE FAAAACE!!!
Then she left to her own world and I was really sad that my cute little imp had left me behind forever. I died a little inside. The end. T_T

Yeah, I hated the ending SO damn much. Other than that, I had a hell of a good time with Imp Midna. Human Midna will NEVER be the real Midna to me. EVER. >>

And I hated windwaker (mostly because zora's went against evolutionary common sense). Back to the issue at hand. Personally, I wouldn't want to see imp midna actually engaging in anything sexual, but if she were to make an appearance I think she should be imp form until the moment of sex. That way the personality is preserved and there's decent eye candy.

furries are 100% legal most everywhere. Bestiality, while also a taboo, is 100% legal to illustrate.
The truth is that content that's loli in countries such as the UK, Australia, and many others are now up to the courts to decide what is pedophilia and child porn (loli is actually illegal in New Zealand), and we don't want to be the guys who get blamed for someone else's actions with the character, or someone else's interpretation of the character by stumbling upon the game. It's sort of been a retroactive set of events, first NZ, then Australia, then UK, and it's been growing over Europe ever since. We're just being careful.
The big "gray area" argument with Midna is her age. Sure she's old as hell in her Imp form and true form--but she has a very childish appearance, which creates a lot of tension, and that's what the legal system sees. It's not like I don't want to make a sexy Imp Midna.

Some of our team members live in countries like this, if we can get shut down for it, I don't want to take the chance.

Were you referring to the first statement or the second? The first I was just saying my opinion, which, still wouldn't really be considered loli if it were to happen given the true "adult" form being the one to engage. The second wasn't really a suggestion, just since this thread was asking about loli, i figured that was relevant. I don't really want to see anything happening to little girls but Nintendo really dropped the ball there. I think there's even a flash on newgrounds that makes fun of it. I'll edit my post and add the link later when I get back from my night class.

Making her a character can possibly make us liable with the actions others make with her. She'd be a fully poseable character, so your mind could go wild.
