Midna's a bit of a grey area at the moment; you'll definitely get to have fun with adult Midna at some point, Imp Midna however does kind of come under the loli category so she's not likely to appear in an erotic capacity, as a number of players may find it off-putting.

She'll probably still make an appearance in imp form down the line, but if you're hoping to see her "sexy" or getting screwed then you may be disappointed, but like I say it's still a bit up for debate at the moment among the team. I'd say we're not likely to provide the content, and we're unsure if we would include it in an official release even if someone made scenes with a suitable level of quality.

Well, I guess you can consider them Pokemon and lizards--but they're anthros/furries, which is the big divide--that an an over exaggeration (I assume fish are mermaids). While they're both taboos, furries are 100% legal most everywhere. Bestiality, while also a taboo, is 100% legal to illustrate.
The truth is that content that's loli in countries such as the UK, Australia, and many others are now up to the courts to decide what is pedophilia and child porn (loli is actually illegal in New Zealand), and we don't want to be the guys who get blamed for someone else's actions with the character, or someone else's interpretation of the character by stumbling upon the game. It's sort of been a retroactive set of events, first NZ, then Australia, then UK, and it's been growing over Europe ever since. We're just being careful.

Speaking of legality Ren, since this an adult forum/game shouldn't you have some form of warning for users that log onto the site? Just to avoid any fuss that could be potentially made.

This site has a SafeSearch rating for the entire domain, any browser with parental controls should deny access. I might throw on a standard agree to enter page but I can't force it into place over the forums without editing phpBB3's code which is something I can't do (as the forums are automatically updated by my web-host), so I can't really guarantee people finding the site do so through the front-page, which is a bitch.

some people are calling BS that some of us on the development team (myself included) don't like the idea of including imp midna for sexual use, because, while you can argue it's not lolicon, it's at the very least midget porn.

I find it honestly disturbing people would rather see a midget get fucked than her true form. And if the only argument is that playshapes model wasn't good enough, well picture what Kal will do with adult midna.
