I Look for her works, they are awesome as I think. And i was a little interested - who is she ? Is she some kind of fan or she works with some stuff or who is she ?

May be somebody knows it ? Is she an painter - or may be she have some video / game stuff (or with her works) ?

Her call-sign isn't coming up in any of the sites I know, so I don't think she has any affiliations as of yet. That being said, looking at the meticulous amounts of art studies, she is definitely attending an art program at the university level that is of some quality. Why not just shoot her a message on dev-art. She also draws nudes, so if you want something for your game, ask her for rates, cheap black and white line art sketches, then someone like katsu can color it and break it down into model pieces.
