Having an E-Mail Issue

So basically, I created an account a while ago, forogt the Username/ password, created this account, and can't use my main email. Any clue what I should do?

well, ask to have the old account deleted or try to have a "I forgot my password/user name" send to you?
I often find myself thinking that most people are utter shite. I try to be positive and prove myself wrong. So far I've yet to succeed in doing so.
On the otherhand: I know a few of the actually great people out there and that makes me happy enough.
