So, recently (for some unknown reason) I have been attracted towards games where if you choose to play as a female, you can get pregnant (and give birth). I also have been wanting to find some good games with prostitution. It would be nice if a game had both of these! Anyways, thanks.

If you didn't try corruption of champion and trial in tainted space yet they are excellent text based game too

There was a text game called Nimin's Fetish Fantasy or something like that, I think it's been dropped for awhile, but it started around he same time CoC started, and you could get preggers by nearly anything.

Cursed has both Impregnation and Prostitution, it's also very unfinished, at least the last time I played it. Corruption of Champions has a BUNCH of impregnation.

I found 'Lilith's Throne' to have quite a bit of impreg content, although there's not much else there for my play style. Of course, you can also run into your children at a later date as well, which is neat.
