Patreon issue, but odd one...

This MIGHT be a technical issue, this might be a browser issue, I don't know, but it irritates me...

I'll use this for an example:

What do I see? A white page, nothing at all. NOTHING. ZXC might be creating hentai art, but all I see is the blank page. It's like that for every *main developer page*, http://www.patreon.com/darotgames gives me the same problem. HOWEVER, if there's content outside of *main developer page*, such as https://www.patreon.com/posts/5431115 I can see everything fine. Is there a reason it won't let me see the main developer page but if there's a way to download it that's not on the main page, I can see it fine? I use IE and 99% of the time there's no problem...and given I can see posts and updates on patreon, just not the main page of a developer, and can see the patreon.com just fine...what's going on??

Gets annoying wanting to download stuff that's on a person's patreon page, free content, but I can't because all I see is a white page...

EDIT: to further confuse things, every once in a great while the page loads, but it seems to be about 10 times it won't load to one time that it will

The last time I had problems with page render on Patreon it was something to do with ... I think LocalStorage ? I'm usually pretty paranoid about what sites can set cookies or whatever, and by default denying cookies -> denying localstorage.
