Quick Reply not seeming to work?

Is this happening to anyone else? I can't seem to use Quick Reply, though I don't know if it has something to do with when I tried to make a post with it after being idle and therefore logging me out before I hit submit.

Sometimes the same thing happens to me, but most of the time the button is there. I guess maybe a loading error through the browser or something might be to blame.

I was going to post that it didn't happen to me, but then I looked for the "quick reply" button, and it wasn't there.
So... well, I F5'd and now it's there! Maybe a browser hiccup?
