Girls with scales, mostly. Dragons, snakes, lizards of all kinds are all a yes in my book.
Robotic ladies are definitely right after that.

Slimes/Googirls. It's an odd fetish, but I've always like the idea of a girl whose skin is so pliable you could just stick your dick in anywhere. It'd give a whole new meaning to 'titfuck.'

My favorite Monstergirl types are: Lamias, Dragons, Dogsgirls, Catgirls and Bunnygirls.
but if i had to choose i would say Dragons followed by Lamias

I don't run any official system just one of the usual simple variants with the six key stats you'd find in D&D. What we lack in stats is made up for with great story telling and gripping encounters. I once trolled a player with a rock of all things because it was magic
