Hey guys. Im new here and was wondering how this all works. Sorry its such an open ended question :/

Hello, welcome! It's nice that there are new people to join our group!

First, if you're going to be posting in the OOC section, do so if you are going to start up a new RP or wanting to join up. If you want to introduce yourself, this is the section for that! Hopefully if you want more help, I can help out. All you have to do is ask!

It kinda works like this:
Rule 1 - Don't talk about LoK.
Rule 2 - Do NOT talk about LoK.
Rule 3 - The most important rule of all, and that is to not follow this rule.
Rule 4 - Canine cock goes here.
Rule 5 - ???
Rule 6 - PROFIT!!!

Well RPing is... kinda tricky to explain fully, but it's basically just roleplaying as a character, simple as that. But considering there are multiple ways of playing a character, along with different mechanics, it really adds up from there.

Any tips how to get started? sorry i have so many questions :/

Well if you want to get started with an RP, go to the OOC section and see what RPs that interest you. If you find out, say that you want to be a part of it and then fill out a CS sheet. From there it's up to the GM to decide if you are going to get in or not. Otherwise take a look around at the sticky threads and see what advice they have to offer.
