Anyone here seen Fed Up?

I recently saw that the video Documentary Fed Up is on sale at Wal-Mart now, and looking at it, I found the idea of such a documentary to be interesting...even though I think its not revealing anything that someone with half a brain didn't know already*, but reading some of the reviews for it, claiming how it will change how people view their food and eating habits...I had to go "Really? You actually think that's going to happen?"
For those not in the know, its a documentary about the dietary sugar hiding in most processed foods, and how it has contributed to obesity in America. It also details how Big Sugar has sunk its teeth in and refuses to let go.
Anyways, I'm going to be buying it soon to watch the whole thing in full and see if there's anything I didn't already at least have a grasp of knowledge on, but I was wanting to know what anyone else here thinks about it.
