I saw a few introduction posts so thought I should introduce myself
You probably have guessed by now my name is Nora I'm a 20 year old apprentice chef from Australia.
Ive been lurking here for quite some time and joined cuz the community seems pretty cool and I wanna try and join in the roleplays rather than just read it

Excellent, another opportunity to seemingly interact with people while deviously boosting my post count so I can get past the newly registered delay. Allow me to latch onto your introduction post by adding my own. Apologies in advance, but it felt rather unusual to make a new thread to introduce myself when the board seemed so devoid of them.

First, hello Nora, and I hope we will have many amusing RPs together along with the rest of the RPing community here.

I'm Meebers, 19 year old student from Texas. (USA) I found LoK through the game, and was pleased to find a community where I could write something that fed my more lemon-based roleplayer.

Well once we have enough Australians around you better watch out American Spelling.

I'm okay with that. I can manoeuvre onto your verandah to eat some red coloured yoghurt.

In other words I'm mildly familiar with some of the differences in spelling between your spelling and American spelling, and slightly less familiar with the further differences between your spelling and British spelling.

I do, however, know that you call barbeques "barbies" (allegedly), and mosquitos "mozzies" (adorably).

I'm new here too! I mostly check out the flash stuff.
