5617. US's health care system has always been iffy, every few years they talk about reforming it but it's all talk. Basically the way the US health care system works is "so long as you can afford it, you'll get it. Can't afford it and don't have insurance? TOO BAD you aren't getting it" (and it's been that way for 30+ years)
